Amen! Faith without works is dead! The works, the desire to do good to others, the desire to obey God, not worry, or take matters into our own hands for revenge, or self, soothe with whatever addictions, vices substances, the desire for a specific outcome is idolatry; do not be idle, but move forward, to actively love, others, etc. etc., these are receipts, evidence of our faith. We do them because we are saved, not to be saved. Very important.

The wild branch wasn’t grafted into the natural branch in the illustration, but into the root alongside the other branch. 2 separate groups who both are used of God as part of His plan. Check out the NT as a whole, there are both Jews and Gentile believer groups mentioned. Just as the status of slave or free, male or female didn’t change upon salvation, neither did our nationality. I personally believe that spiritual Israel refers to those of Israel that are believers.

I learned as a kid that we take sunday off because its the seventh day and God told us to rest on the seventh day, calling it the sabbath. But! The seventh day is actually saturday.... Why cant we change it back?
The sabbath can be whatever day you make it. Most places don’t change it back due to tradition and scheduling conflicts(churches on Sunday, people party/plan things for Saturday)
That is why some denominations practise having the sabbath on Saturday like correct if I am wrong Seventh-Day Adventists. The majority of others that celebrate mass on Sunday's reason is because of Easter Sunday when Jesus rose from the dead three days after he was crucified. Hope this helps.
