Here’s a lesson: Don’t buy this DVD player. Get a regular Blu-Ray player for watching physical media at home and an iPad for watching movies/TV for streaming anywhere.
Really surprised that the PBS Kids DVD player can play DVDs of any kind, let alone run any games via an emulator like Doom, regardless of the frame drops. Also, what is the 20th Century Fox DVD you tried to play on this DVD player, but then froze?
You could play not only Doom GBA on that but you can play more than Doom on RetroArch with multiplatform emulators like GBA, SNES and Genesis, etc. Who knows that you could run Cookie Monster Madness on RetroArch Atari 2600 Emulator on PBS Kids Playtime Pad and even Sesame Street Sports PS1/GBC?
I loved your first video but this one is even better than your first I love to see this player in more of your videos the pbs kids dvd player is the video that got me to subscribe to your channel Also I was very happy when you put team America on that dvd player because that is one of my favorite films of all time planning on to get it on blu ray sometime soon
It’s hilarious how a kid-oriented tablet/DVD player could play R-rated movies, like Team America!
Imagine if you owned Phone Booth and the player allowed that, because there is a lot of F words in that movie, mostly from Colin Farrell.
You know what makes great for road trips? Watching movies/TV with your iPad through any streaming app (like Disney Plus, Apple TV, Max, etc.)

You're better off with buying a regular tablet and DVD player. Separately.
