The uploader is getting these confused between ITV pre-race broadcast intros and official FIA/FOM race intros. Anything showed here before the 2009 intro were intros made by ITV for their coverage. From 2009 onwards the uploader is showing the original FIA/FOM intros. Can't say I blame him FIA/FOM intros between the early 2000s and 2008 were rubbish, to say the least. 2020 is the best with the historic footage in the background. Seeing all of the legends alongside the current stars of F1 and man that Alonso scream still gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it.

I loved that Max had footage of his dad's explosion in the back, always made me laugh (only becasue Jos survived without worry) But yeah they should bring that one back
2019 and 2020 were the best. 2019 is nice because its simple and includes the drivers’ nationalities 2020 was nice because it showed the 50 years of formula 1 history

All intros were spot on, then 2018 came along every iteration since has felt emotionlessly created. Technology allows fancier graphical video design but the music has no soul, "The Chain" is king for intro music and always will be.
I'm from Brazil, where the F1 theme was for more than 2 decades exclusively by Globo channel, had no idea it had so many different versions. For me the Br version is the coolest, check it out "F1 tema vinheta globo"
