For the loose handlebars, use Loctite red on those screws. Loctite red permanent, and it should do the trick. I used it a year ago, and it's still tight. Once you apply it, give it about 3 days to dry before riding.
@DesmondCheng is holding better for me. Blue is for holding tight but able to remove with a little elbow grease. I tried blue, but it didn't hold. It probably would have held if I had shocks, but it didn't hold. I bought red because it said permanent and it is permanent for now. I know eventually it's going to come loose and I'm going to have to clean it off and do the process all over again but that's okay it held for this long and I'm happy. I ride five times a week and I hit a lot of bumps
Thanks for the review. Just wondering how easy it is getting the two kids in and out - can they do both unassisted, or do they need help… is the bike steady while they are getting in and out or possible tip over?
Very helpful stuff. Thanks for the review. I have 4 boys and the oldest knows how to ride a bike but it's hard managing the 2nd and 3rd, which is why I am considering buying this bike. Did you purchased the extended warranty?
Use Loctite on the stem bolts.
thanks ill look into that!

as long as you are on flat ground, its very solid. and yes both kids can climb in/out without the bike tipping. they do it by themselves!

no problem! No i did not get the extended warranty.
How are the mechanical disc brakes? I’m sure that’s an area where the RW5 shines.
They suck, squeak all the time, but they work! Someone I know who has the RW4, upgraded to hydraulic brakes and said it was a game changer
The RW 4 badly needs a suspension seat post.
i agree!
Thanks for the valuable info!

The RW5 uses a torque sensor….you want a cadence sensor on a cargo bike. Plus the smaller wheels on the RW5 are going to make for a harsh ride.
good notes!
20-inch wheels are not necessarily harsh. Depends upon where you are riding.
