My favourite deck of cards is Memento Moris. My little brother bought them to me for my birthday, and they are my favourite :) The cards I will probably use for the gimmick are the standard rider backs, since I have multiple of those :D

I simply use different kind of Bicycle decks. Mainly plain blue and red, and that's what I would use for this gimmick later on... These vids ROCK! Thank's for the inspiration!

what a great idea so simple but really deceptive and my favorite deck is an old one that i had for years i dont have the box i dont know anything about it and it is really bad but its the reason that i became a magician years ago so its will always will be my favorite

My favorite deck of all time has to be the lost deer playing cards, by Bocopo I think... They're just gorgeous!
And if I do this gimmick, I would do it on a normal deck, such as a red bicycle! No one will suspect that this normal random deck hides a secret!

Love this! About two years ago I jumped off the couch with this exact idea. Lol. Mine comes off with magnets. Haha. I thought it was so great then saw that some company already had done it. Mechanic Industry shiner deck. I have to say the mirror you’re using here is much better than the one I or mechanic industry is using. So thanks ❤
Thanks dude!! I wasn’t aware of the mechanic industry one that’s really cool. I came up with a version that’s removable and can be loaded onto a borrowed case (don’t ask me why you want to do this lol) but you can do it lol I may include it real quick as a bonus on next weeks video. my favourite card deck is just a random card deck from piatnik bc it was my first ever card deck. its pretty damaged by now but i still have it and it is the most important deck i have. would love to have this gimmick to use it on my newest card deck from bicycle

I was going to say bikes, but would have to be a deck spectators would not recognize, if they happened to see the mirror. I always use bikes in all my shows so winning one would work perfectly for me. Great idea.
They should never even suspect it. I’ve had people grab it and out the cards inside and they never see it. A lot of the times it reflects the inside of the case which is why it’s supposed to look like. Win win

Very devious...I like that in a magician. I like the Richard Turner Gold Label cards, but also the Card Shark Boris Wild marked Phoenix deck, since (in addition to the greatest marking system) it's got a one-way back AND a one-way face.

Actually my favourite deck is Midas deck which is the only poker size deck available in India as premium air cushioned cards are way too expensive.

Very nice video! My favourite deck of playing cards is desfenetly the 'Somnium Playing Cards'. There are a lot of Somnium editions but I think I like the Moon edition most because it not gimmicked so all my tricks are skill based.
There’s something so special about going pure sleight of hand, makes everything feel more real imo

Mirror Mirror in the box what card did my spectator Pick? You will fit well in my red Aviators at last my training as a printer will have a use in reading text backwards. Question when the spectator puts card or cards into tuck case how /what move do you recommend to prevent the spectator from catching glimpse of the reflective surface. Love the idea👍👍👍👍👍♥♠♦♣
Hahaha I see what you did there. I’ve never had anyone mention it or call out the mirror. If you say slide the card in and you mime with your hands the action, they will slip it in without even thinking about. You’ll notice also when you play with it, that a lot of the times it reflects the inside of the case which looks as it should, so it hides the mirror in plain sight. Lol
My favorite playing cards are either the 1st V3 or the Madison Chateau Strangers, but I also love to use the Black Remedies and Red Acolytes

Yeah I kinda like to use a blue deck for everything.. red I use as other things… my go to trick is ..card disappears from deck (blue deck) and appears in the red deck.. I use loaded dice to make it kinda a card at number too… just got case dismissed so now start it with that… taped a joker to the bottom so just taking the jokers out is how I ditch it
And everyone else can see the mirror, as well. C'mon man!
They don't see it even when I hand them the box. It blends super well. If you kmahkne there's a straight line from the hinge of the tab where the gimmick directly towards their eyebrow, it'll be impossible for them to see it

How thin is the sheet when applied? 1 mm? Or less?
When applied I would say less than a mm, it’s about the same as a playing card plus the thickness of the card case tab. If you want it thinner, you could split like you would a card, the tab from the case and adhere the mirror to it.

You know if you didn't want to show that one you didn't have to show it you should have just sold the stuff input directions in it instead of showing how to do it so people can sit there like Oh I like that and instead of sending it to them they'll try to duplicate that and you can duplicate it too you know you can find a mirror somewhere and glue it on there or tape it on your deck and do the trick
