Man thank you so much for reviewing my fight brother. I had many people comment that they were surprised I did it on the faster speed because it makes the fight harder. I just work better that way, and yes, I screwed up 3 times at the end. I did a Cura which I didn't have to do an aoe heal I didn't have to, and then the cross slash / somersault because I thought he would die and then Barret had to do that last Fira to kill him lol...I appreciate you man glad you enjoyed the video!

Alk not gonna lie, you made it look easy. I struggled for 4 hours cuase I didn't have diamond sigil so I had to eat that diamond phase lmao. GGs tho, that was impressive dude!
@@CyberDragon_X I hear ya man...yeah laser is def not the best damage dealer because Barret hardly has any MATK but that weapon sure does have a lot of MDEF he had 160 lol the physical part was hitting like a wet noodle lol..Also had to make sure to save because you have such a short time to break the bar its nuts how fast it is.

If you synthesize the new ruin materia you can use that on him, but majority of us don't have any 4 star or 5 star diamond ruin materia unless you're extremely lucky with crafting materia. Awesome job by the way beating ex 2 Bahamut. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna struggle just due to not having enough mdef and pdef sub equips. Barret specifically the Vulcan (mdef) and Max Ray (pdef) to use for sub weapons which has the highest mdef and pdef stats. I switched my team up and started using Cloud, Aerith and Matt. That last character should be Barret, but I neglected him so much my Vulcan and Max Ray are not even usable. After I work on the equips from Very Hard Bahamut I'll tackle it since mdef is my main issue at the moment. I'm good on Aerith and Matt, but my Cloud is lacking really bad with both pdef/mdef so if I lose him in the fight it's definitely game over. You definitely need the bandage sword or Matt's core defender to get rid of the mdef down buffs from Bahamut. So running those two together Matt with core defender and Cloud with bandage sword can speed up the process of getting rid of those mdef down buffs from Bahamut. Plus the Killer Hornet is a diamond sigil buster like the Max Ray for Barret 👍

You might remember when we had shiva/Ifrit very hard and we had to perfectly play it... well... i just auto battled shiva very hard yesterday. What im trying to say is, right now this is really tough, but it will become way more doable for all of us. so dont try to rush it if you are not in the mood of tryharding. hes also not needed whatsoever in the current content, so its more of a prestige thing.

Thank you for all the content... You have made this game enjoyable and made it make sense. As a casual player who can't really take the time to log in and do something meaningful every day on this game, I'm having to uninstall it. The grind for a super casual is just too much.... The leveling up is crazy and the higher end content is only made for people who pay.
I'm going to sit back and relax and play through Final fantasy 7 and Chrono trigger on my phone with the backbone I purchased about 2 months ago and have barely touched. I may throw secret of mana in there too... Lol

Beautiful. Perfect to look at, and you like me, you like speed, I do too, I prefer 2x as it helps me concentrate and not forget if I know the run. The problem is, I don't yet know the run :P But by the time Bahamut reaches all the nodes until EX2 I will. Thank you for this, it helps greatly.

Oh Payne, if you dont break the diamond phase bahamut will double strike you after the special move to make sure your character dies.

@@PayneBlade so there are some teams that are just tanking the damage...so if you let the timer go he does the 8 pieces combo again followed by a single target umbral strike again...so you basically have to have your healer store all ATB and do back to back curas to keep the person alive who gets hit by the umbral strike lol...its very intense
@@Alkaiser609 I just save my aerith ultimate for that occasion specifically. But sometimes it was very random on damaged. Bahamut does random damages numbers occasionally so it was never predictable for that situation.
@@CyberDragon_X I saw people running 3 ruin breaks as well and just going on slow and swapping and breaking it in time. I am unsure as to how you get that much ATB pre stored though in order to do it lol
Ohhhh snap ty I was just trying this without a diamond sigil and wasn’t sure if I tried maybe just letting him do his stream move if it’ll just be okay, guess not 😂

How? that's Not even possible you can't Break the Diamond Phase even If you save all your ATB

I wonder how much money was spend on this set-up. Crazy.
But the game won't last long without players/whales supporting it (with these free-to-play business models), and this luckily has no pvp. So, it's not that bad.
Thanks for sharing. Haven't done very hard yet, still struggling with the Hell House 180K challenge (even with 200K CP).
But there's also no rush to beat Bahamut, and I'm not spending my draw tickets till the December weapons are also part of the selection. ^^
I beat EX1, i need to figure out EX2 in a way i can get it done. I koved the EX1 fight. Bahamut is my fav battle in the game now. Glad to revisit Bahamut as a boss battle. I dont Zidane sword that strong unfortunately. And his phy stat is wild, highest i can acquire is 3300-33400 stat

I have only been really successful in 2x speed with this setup...in other setups I need the speed to be slower to control the AI a little better. But thank you it was a fun fight!
This was fight was intense as hell. I was able to nab victory during that final countdown with only Cloud still alive and the countdown at One. Not quite as clean as Alkaiser's run lol. Heart-pounding but insanely fun.

you have a bit more time afterwards, when the countdown reaches 0 he starts charging up for that last Megaflare, so you get like 20 or so seconds more to kill him dead!

I just beat VH with Cloud (Zidane/Bandaged) Sephiroth (Kuja/Shinra)and Aerith (Fairy Tale/Mythril Rod).
It is very important to fight against those debuffs. Barret's Agitation is great for reducing the PDF Down, which is what I used Saving Grace for and get the extra tick of MDF Up. And your HP needs to be as high as you can get it.
If you are having trouble with this fight don't give up. Keep leveling ans trying again.
sadly Mythril Rods lvl2 Pdef wont be enough for Ex2, if you have Sephis Torn Wing that will do wonders there
I agree practice makes perfect. You have to know the ins and outs of the fight in its entirety.
@@YuIivee Ive thought about it but then I have to sacrifice Sephi's DPS. Currently Im trying to get a R5 Ruin materia from the new recipe to see how much damage it deals. If its enough I could replace the Shinra sword with that.

Many people actually had ob murasames etc. Zidane just has highest percent of dmg but bahamut having no resistance advantage means u can use anything really

If you can get the right stats give everyone a barrier. on my team only Aerith had it be I see best if all have it.
Cloud - Maritime sword mh ob 10 (any high damage weapon will work)
other hand Bandaged sword (this is a must) mine is OB 6 as of 2 days ago

PATK 3100 (As high as you can)
PDEF 135 (as high as you can)
Aerith - Fairy tale (must)
other hand Sun Umbrella (Must)
HP 8000+
PDEF 135 (as high as you can)
Sephiroth - Nameless (Must) to break Sigil
other hand Kuja's Spirit (Absobluly Must) Since nameless hit so weak he spams this allllll the time and you want him to. only once had to make it do it.
hp 8000 + (mine was 10k with I switched to nameless from Ice edge)
MATK 2600 (Goes low because you have Nameless)
PDEF 135 (as high as you can)

lmao i dont watch these vids because i will not be able to dish out this kind of dps for years it feels like . i choose to play all content blindly and can't really rely on these kraken or whales to pave the way , since i dont have their insane gears
I get what you mean about the power level, but whale videos still help us free to play players by showing fight mechanics and giving ideas for how we may be able to approach it when the time comes.

even mega whale like me still cannot beat it lol we need complain let them change the 2nd AoE of boss reduce damage i spend $5,000 my friend he spend much more like around $10,000+ already lol. for me i think i can beat i only if i got ob6+ bandage sword maybe also it very tight to fight it still. Majority player do not use Barret which is suck cannot beat it lol. this game always to try screw us! making us leveling all character incase some battle or content require only this character able do it which is bad.
