I put these in my dash where the 2.75 inch factory squawkers were. I had a tweeter first, was way way too bright. So I Swapped for this 2 way 4 inch instead, added an inline crossover/bass blocker to keep unwanted bass out of this 4 inch. Had to custom mount it into the dash of my Camry tho, and that was a bitch, but damn The added mids have transformed my whole shit!......

Hi, i heard the tweetters in them are fake, can you confirm or negate this?
It's a 2 way speaker, so tweeters in them are working, you can hear them.
