I think underemployment is often eclipsed by UNemployment so this is a great reminder and breakdown to get us thinking about and addressing underemployment
Yes it is. Unemployment has been going down since 2008, but underemployment following the first definition remained the same. If we're going with the 2nd and 3rd definitions, we may be dealing with an underemployment epidemic.
