    The effective resistance band drill for increasing hand speed is to be actually pulling, not pushing, with the bands. You do sets of as many punches as possible for 8 to 10 seconds with a short rest in between sets.

    I can take these to the park under my favorite tree or beach standing in the waves, without hooking resistance bands up to anything and still get a good worknout. Also, i'm 6'6" with long arms, so the bungy cords really work hard to keep my arms from extending.. which is Fantastic. The only problem here, is if you have short arms, you're not going to get the resistance I get.

      @zakariya5110 it actually works really well for vr boxing. helps you control your punches and not throw out your back. I just wish the bands followed the skelital structure better. Resistance coming from the hip instead of the back and cause a bit of wrist strain on straight punches

    I was interested in these too, I seen someone else using them and when looking at the way the way the bands look the way you’re wearing them (as advertised in the pictures) they don’t offer much resistance but I’ve seen someone hook the left arm to the right side hook & the right arm to the left side hook. It then looked like it offered good resistance; also the longer “extra” band I believe are supposed to hook both your feet together but thanks for the video man! Love them, keep it up!

  • @markmay184
    @markmay184 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Certainly not for me, but it looks well engineered. I could be wrong, but I would have thought that the heel straps would actually go around your heel of your foot, then you place your foot into your training shoe. Putting the training shoe heel into the strap would expedite the wearing out of the heel strap rubbing on the gym floor.

    Thats the biggest crap i ve ever bought .First of all if you are overweight forget it the belt will not fit your waist 2nd the resistance bands are not really giving you the maximum resistance only a very slight minimum resistance to your chance , but its so minimum that you cant even feel the difference from throwing a regular punch in the air .Its a crap , waste of money .Actually its better to take some dumbells or wrap around your waist actual resistance bands and then train .This is the ultimate scam the ultimate bullshit , never buy.
