training with bot is irrelevant because real players will cancel the jutsu to bait you and then will do another one to punish you or force you to block and then break your guard with support another point experimenting player rarely do jutsu in neutral it do a jutsu close to people to take advantage of the fact that he can't get punished
Ofcourse its not that easy since people arent as predictable but It is revelevant because its there to show you it works and is possible. Like ive caught alot of these rasengan spammers with sasuke onyx chidori, choji ults, and baryon beast bomb for example and im at 11k on ranked so I get paired with tryhard spammers or competitive players and it works. Also yes I already explained that most of these counters will be in close range scuffles anyways, but if they do it in neutral I then explained you can always get them with range jutsu because some players actually do spam on nuetral as a way to get in for free
