Suga said that it's not the last of Agust D, but it's the last of this trilogy. I really do hope he's in a better mental state right now. I honestly believe he is with all the interviews since last year, he seems more at peace. I cried watching this video. It definitely hit home to me. I'm struggling with my own trauma from more than a decade now and i've never actually faced it. I still cry myself to sleep at times. It still stings. I find this mv very painful but healing. This song feels like someone understands me.
Both him and Namjoon are doing better, mentally, and it makes me feel at peace (and proud). They've been fighting their inner battles since forever, and they seem to have finally reached a point of victory.

Sometimes it's not about strength, its about support. Depression and mental health is not a one way path it's a maze. I am glad that suga had support from his family and his therapist and BTS to get to where he is today.

In the stupid su!cidal world of kpop, I'm just thankful enough that yoongi stayed strong, faced his demons and stayed with us, thankful that life gave him success, his brothers and a beautiful life later. The past demons are always there with you, you can't erase it in one go, it takes time, long time to finally accept that it's not what defines you and that it's just a part of you.
@ferximochola he himself has talked numerous times about how the hate they initially received from industry n haters and constant hate even recently on their enlistment and alleged hiatus has affected him badly. This mv shows only his personal problems yes, but all the cyphers, their initial songs, his songs in agustd, d2 everything talks about how their mental health was affected. My boys have bawled their eyes out on national television in front of millions and talked about the hate they received, nobody else's words mean nothing to me, their own testimony is enough. Also it's never easy for someone who already went through a lot to stay strong in this crazy industry.

The accident seemed so accurate to his injury. No way did this man have to explain that trauma all over again to create this MV. If I had to make this MV for myself I’d just.. not make it. I went through therapy but being able to visualize trauma like that is rough. Respect 💜
Everyone should give credit to Suga for having the courage to speak up! That takes a lot of strength! Especially since we all know that the trolls are going to attack him, because in this industry the moral fall is complete:( For that, let all the bloggers show some respect and stop pretending that they don't understand that he is talking about suicide!
I think his music perfectly represents what mental health and trauma is. You can improve, but in the end it is something that will always be part of you, what you have to get are tools to live as well as possible
Frankly after listening to these exceptionally good top quality and deep meaningful music, lyrics, rap and watching these well made MVs i cant go back to liking the generic 95% songs that get released. Min Suga genius (and BTS) have spoilt me like i cant tolerate low quality stuff anymore 😄. Before Bts i never looked at lyrics, infact i never tried to understand the lyrics of songs in my mother tongue. And it was mostly the funky catchy music for me even though i hated the same song after 6months when it went out of fashion. But then came Bts and their art and the rest is history for me. The quality we see in the trilogy by Agust D is mindblowing...and consistently exceeding expectations (and imagine the highest level of expectations every1 has from these guys). Thank u Suga for fighting with your inner demons and the external world and fulfilling your passion for music with utmost sincerity.
I think during haegeum premiere yoongi, during countdown yoongi said to watch daechwita then haegeum and the amygdala in the order. So they are just following that to get the clear message of what and why yoongi said that. MAKES A LOT OF SENSE
