Every time I watch the AMYGDALA MV it breaks my heart. But it also really helped me deal with some of my own stuff. Thank you Yoongi for sharing so much with us and showing us what you went through.
Also, the fact that the end of the MV ties into the start of the D-DAY concert... and the whole concert is actually inside the rectangular room we see... until he is finally able to open that door... his storytelling is on another level
Suga has such talent. His new song depicting all of his struggles and how he overcame them is critical to all individuals who feel like all is lost. How he shares his pain, recovery and ability to work through his past to the present is truly magnificent. Please let him know his message in this song came out strong and clear. AGUST D NEVER DISAPPOINTS
Amygdala is one of the bts mvs out there. Yoongi expressed his trauma really well in every single scene and the director did an amazing job making that into an MV. It feels wrong to call it acting coz its not he really did go through all that but instead of making it some kind of fancy complex MV they made it as realistic and raw as possible without losing the MV perspective and I thank them for it
It takes immense courage to share something this raw and painful, thank you Yoongi for trusting and sharing this with us
