    Copper chrome arsenate (CCA) contains arsenic, which can cause cancer. It is not to be used for new high-contact surfaces such as garden furniture, picnic tables, exterior seating, play equipment, handrails, patio and domestic decking, and if burnt, CCA smoke and ash are particularly hazardous..
