The mom4 doesn't have the best anc in this list but to me they have the best sound quality , the best fit and design , comfort ( I have a smaller head and ears) ... the only downside is side the case is bulky ... and the anc could be better but these are my favorite and I had the Sonys and the air pods max but didn't like them as much as the mom4
While they put A LOT of effort to create a video, Timestamps can be missed as a step. And you cry so hard about it. you probably be the one who lazy here when want to cut time and can't forward the video on your own

Missing from your list is the Sonos Ace which is an excellent piece
I do like the Sonos Ace a lot (did a whole video on them) but if we're talking for ANC performance specifically, these have an edge
