And yes, the monster itself is just a long-haired Kaiba wearing a Blue Eyes themed helmet and arm bracers. Because Kaiba needs to support his fictional girlfriend in whatever way he sees fit.

But since Gozaburo's dead he went after Kaiba. Also just a side note, all the dragons focus on summoning fusion monsters. Critias (Kaiba's dragon) uses itself and a trap card (Weird, I know) to summon a Dragon Fusion Monster And yeah since the duel with Alister and Kaiba was a draw, they both kept their souls

Yugi's Eye of Timaeus fuses with his Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl to make Amulet Dragon and Dark Magician (Girl) the Dragon Knight. Kaiba's Fang of Critias fuses with his trap cards. Mirror Force makes Mirror Force Dragon (duh), Ring of Destruction makes Destruction Dragon, Tyrant Wing makes Tyrant Burst Dragon, and Crush Card Virus makes Doom Virus Dragon. As for the last one... well, you'll see that one soon.
You know, speaking of that last one, it's odd how Yugi's fuses with monsters, Kaiba's is with Traps, but the third one doesn't have some sort of interaction with spells apart from all it's fusions being equip cards.
Fang of Critias one of my favourite cards especially when you combine it with Ring of Destruction to make Destruction Dragon and it's effects are super fun because once per a turn you can destroy any card on your opponents side of the field inculding trap and Magic cards and if you use the effect on a monster card they take damage equal to it's attack points.
Pegasus lost a duel to Mai before the tape made it to Yugi. Nobody lost their soul since there wasn't a winner, if Seto lost his soul, he'd be unconscious.
Season 4 is SO stupid. And I love it. This episode competes for my favorite. Kaiba vs Pegasus is hysterical, then he turns into Alister who is beyond generic and bland he doesn’t know his own backstory. And not from trauma either. He’s just too stupid to know it. And that’s just ridiculously funny. Kaiba just keeps getting better and better this arc and I’m always in hysteric tears from his insane love for a picture on a trading card. The stupid jet, now BEDSHEETS, his office is blue and covered in cartoon dragons (episode 59), and he secretly cosplays as it and made it a card to summon Blue eyes even easier. To say he has a dragon fetish at this point is an understatement. And we aren’t even at the part where it amplifies yet.

Additionally, using "it" as a pronoun is NEVER done unless the person in question specifically wants to be referred to with that pronoun as "it" is dehumanizing. For individuals of unknown or intermediate gender, "they" is the proper pronoun usage. And that is just going into gender, not even going into the whole ignorance that is what you think "genderless" and "hermpahrodite" is. Do not spread misinformation, ESPECIALLY misinformation about psychology and medicine about a high risk and misunderstood population.

Criteas is a spell card or trap card thet fuses with other spells traps and monsters to create a monster

Negate attack dosent actully negate an attack it ends the battle phase before the attack hit you making the attack never happend in the first place
