Related to your comment at the beginning with Striker getting angelic weapons... Moxxie did call it a "Carmine-Crafted Blessing Tipped Rifle" in Harvest Moon Festival... So Carmila was definitely the one who produced those weapons Striker has. Also it doesn't matter whether Val can actually hurt Charlie or not... He just needs ANGEL to be so afraid of him that Angel thinks Val can hurt her. It's all manipulation and fear tactics in order to keep Angel isolated and under control.
In all of this tough stuff I like potential Vox's role. This triangle between Valentino, Angel and Vox. And possibility of Vox's redemption? More detailed in the fan animatic "Valentino" on TH-cam. It is technically fan, because 100% canon only partially pilot and Amazon series
First half of the episode titled: Dammit Charlie. 😅 For real. Though I love how she recognized how wrong she was and is gonna work on bettering herself. She does a lot A LOT better than 95% of Shonen MCs. Angel is a lot more nuanced and layered than the majority of season 1 lays him out as. We see a bit here in this episode. He's a natural flirt but he crosses boundaries with Husk simply because Husk will say NO. It's a sexual interaction Angel can control because he has none elsewhere in his afterlife. He gets mad when Husk directly challenges the game he's playing, calling it fake, because the mask (Masquerade) is his only shield. If that's gone then Angel goes back to the drugs and booze again. Might still not like him, your choice, but hopefully this episode lets you see a bit of the real Angel. So you can at least not like the real guy under the facade.
@@SirZazz3040 that's fair me personally I like him alot but its always fun to see others perspectives but I think theres been hints that he will change but overall its a shame to see you have little subscribers when you put actual commentary with some people who have millions that do nothing
That's so fair and its a good thing they had that trigger warning, I typically don't watch things that have a lot of depictions of SA but because I had prior warning I was able to steel myself a bit
Gotta trust the process lol. I loved the sighs of knowing they were going to make you feel bad for him 😂 I knew you were thinking 'damn it'
I was so my mad when I started feeling bad 😂
1:40 famous last words 😅
I was immediately proven wrong 😂

@@SirZazz3040 quick question why dont you like angel
I found him annoying because he kept sexually harassing everyone and that was his whole bit

@@SirZazz3040 glad to hear. This episode was the one that showed why Angel acts the way he does for all of us.
