i am so impressed and proud of you chella. thank you for bringing light into this world and creating a safe environment for so many people. i am so glad that you are happy because you deserve nothing less.
Some people in this comments section are so pathetic. Why are you so concerned with another person's genitalia? Chella is amazing, let's leave it at that.
Carl Jung talks about this. Within every human both sexes exist, even biologically and genetically. I don't think anyone should feel obligated to pick one or the other, in fact the balance of both is harmony.
Alejandro Jodorowsky references him in a talk he gave, he said "Siempre he creído que tanto las mujeres como los hombres tenemos un alma femenina y el espíritu masculino. Entonces el verdadero amor es andrógino y la verdadera pareja se hace entre cuatro, lo masculino-femenino que existe dentro del hombre y lo masculino-femenino que existe en la mujer. Ésa es la verdadera y mejor relación." which translated is "I have always believed that both women and men have a feminine soul and a masculine spirit. So true love is androgynous and the true couple is made between four, the masculine-feminine that exists within the man and the masculine-feminine that exists in the woman. That is the true and best relationship."
I've watched some of his TH-cam videos, and he really has this vibe of being such a warm, open person. I am happy that he also did this talk, I think these online resources will be so beneficial for people in similar situations who want to feel connected to someone.
bro im,,, this is exactly how i feel. I want he him pronouns but dont want to give away some of my fememine traits. this just helped me so much in my identity thank you...
As somebody who is going through exactly the same struggles... this has been the single most helpful thing I have seen my whole life. I, too, have felt cornered by other people's expectations of what a particular gender identity should be.
How is a person so good looking?! She was so amazingly beautiful, and now he's so dang handsome!!! Kudos to your transformation and I pray for you to live a beautiful life!
that made me emotional at the end what the fuckeiejisis im so proud of how far he’s come and that he also takes pride into who he’s become; and i think it’s such a beautiful thing because i can see that really loves himself now that he’s a man and UGH it just makes me so happy idk why 🤩🤩 i’m really proud of him and i hope he keeps doing what he does ;) u got this chella!!
So beautiful human being and seems to be so down to earth, humble, kind and happy and keeping people enlightened about so many issues. Shout out to Chella, good luck to you in everything !
His words on the difference in between identification and presentation are gold, and not just for transgendered people. Somehow we all have parts of ourselves that we identify to but don't especially wish to present to others, for many different reasons, number one being that it's your personal business and you are entitled to keeping some of it a mystery.
It Takes Courage to speak out and let everyone know who you're truly are This Cat has already gained my respect and yes there's still unfinished business to gain equality and we won't stop until that happens
Love you Chella 💜💚. You are so inspiring, you are helping me discover myself and I can't express in words how much you, your transition, your speeches and your life is helping me in my journey. Thank you for being you💜💚
I've been struggling with how I feel inside for so long and sometimes I come here and my moment of clarity comes where I'm like i feel like he does and it makes me feel relived and scared because my family does not accept me but I don't wanna lose them for wanting to be me and that's so terrifying because I feel like I'll never be happy with who I am now and I'm so scared
what would it change to his gender expression if he'd simple identify as a man? why do people who wish to express themselves in a non stereotypical masculine or feminine way have to identify in a special term that "allows" them to express themselves that certain way? why isnt it ok for female and male identifying people to express themselves the way they want but they need to come up with a special term in order to be allowed to express themselves the way they want?
I ask this all the time , but it just has to do with the norm being to physically express your masculine and feminine feelings . It’s sucks and people should just be able to say what they are without proving it :(
Personally I just don't get how creating 100+ words to describe different people's feelings towards their gender or masculinity/femininity would help at some point. For me at least it doesn't, it just makes things more complicated for no reason. So I'm still waiting for one of those people who identify themselves under one of those terms to give me a real argument on why that's necessary or helpful.
Michael House because masculinity and femininity don’t define your gender. Your gender is intensely biological, and liking pink or blue can’t change it. Transgenders aren’t just tomboys or exceedingly feminine men; they’re the sufferers of a neurological condition that causes the brain to develop and function as one gender but the body to be the other
Grower Not a Shower Aleks How is that explaining my question? I asked, why is it bad to be a guy and like pink or being a girl and like blue? Why do guys who like pink for example need to give up identifying as guys and start identifying themselves under a special term in order to be allowed to like pink?
I mean his transformation went well 👀 as I first saw this video I was like “that’s a good looking man” that’s literally the only reason I clicked and because it was randomly in my recommendation and I was bored
A doctor told me that since i have mental illness they need to see if im really sure but i dont understand that and i felt fustrated because i am old enough to consent to taking steroids its not right that i am not able to do so just because of mental illness shouldnt mental illness be a key component as to why i should do it because i contantly feel depressed as a girl not feeling able to do anything with my life because of that
This was very short and I’m not sure what the point was. They also didn’t touch on his deafness at all. That would have been such an interesting intersection. This was not very informative or interesting :/ although I do wish this young man well in his journey.
i'd say a very important thing he does touch upon is the distinction between gender identity and the way you present, and many people never realized this is even a thing that exists
i thought he was going to say 'hi my name is Chella Man and this is my voice 1 year on t' lol

Foqs there is just 2 lmao (im trans)
In Chinese, the spoken pronouns for "male" and "female" are the same.
Same goes in Indonesia
Same in hungarian
Same in joe mama
But the characters are different :)
Male: 他
Female: 她
Same in my native language; Rodriguen Creole.
To be able to articulate something complex through several depths and levels of understanding, I am shook. Amazing talk, Chella!!!!!!! Thank YOU!

Men can have female traits, women can have male traits.

Michael House there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it. These people just want attention and they seek it by creating the 76 gender bull
