      Back in my college days, I had a wise roommate who gently told another roommate who complained all the time that she was bored that nothing is boring, only the person him/herself is boring! I was impressed that the 'bored' roommate took that to heart and I never heard her complain again!!!

    I appreciate the guidance to a natural comfortable relaxed state, non rigid not full of dos and do nots. Thank you for this it is my 2nd time listening to a dzogchen guided meditation. And it will not be my last. . May all beings be happy . May all beings be free from suffering.

    Can someone enlighten me into what these chants mean? I hear the words pema, siddhi, vajra, guru, but can't make full sense of it. Thank you!

      "om ah hung benza guru péma siddhi hung"
      The Vajra Guru Mantra.
      Here's a good explanation.

      Pema = Lotus / Siddhi = perfection / Vajra = diamond / Guru = dispel darkness
      May the perfection (siddhi) of wisdom be revealed (guru) as the clear light (vajra) within the heart (lotus)
