+thelonelybarbarian im the same thing, i go there every single day and as its time to see the 60th anniversary fireworks i just start to cry with joy and i hope Walt is looking down at Disneyland and see what he has created.
I remember the last time I went. As the show was going on, I looked to my right and this women was in tears and clutching her 4 year old daughter who was watching the show in amazement, in her arms. Afterwards I had politely asked the women why she was crying, she said, "Two months ago, my husband passed away. He wanted to come here and take my daughter to see the fireworks before he passed, he said it was absolutely magical, he was right." I was reduced to tears right at that moment.
I am literally driving home from my first Disneyland trip right now. I had the same reaction, sobbing. Disney was my escape as a child from an abusive father, so Walt was like a surrogate father in a odd way. So the Kiss Goodnight had me in body racking sobs, so I can understand.
Why can't Disneyland Forever STAY Forever? It's the best fireworks display I have and will ever see!!! I got to see it twice before it left. Disneyland Forever and Disneyland itself will stay in my heart FOREVER. Thank you sooo much Disney for giving joy and happiness to everyone through movies, TV shows, fireworks displays, parades, musicals, shows, and theme park attractions!!!
absolutely brilliant, no one can do it like disney, no matter how hard they try! already started saving for disney worlds 50th in a few years time, won't be missing that for anything in the world... happy 60th to disneyland
Haven't been to Disneyland since I was 10, 12 years ago. Now, I have a 2 year old whom I'm dying to take just to see his little eyes light up and smile. I cried the moment the video started, I cry at any mention of anything involving Disneyland. I'll definitely need a lot of tissue and waterproof mascara when I go, (fingers crossed for this summer). My inner child will definitely come out that day. Gosh my heart wants to explode!
I watched this show shortly after being hired for the Disneyland College Program, and I cried like a little baby. It was nothing short of magical and I wish upon ALL the stars that they bring it back someday!
I cried three separate times while watching.... Haha, I even noticed my sister, who assures me she's not that big of a Disney fan, and thinks that Disneyland is for kids, with tears in her eyes during Let It Go :) Truly a magical place
Does anyone else come and watch this when they're having a bad day, or is that just me? Also when they're having a good day, or when they're just bored, or when you're busy and have things to do but just love it too much, or watch it 1000 times a week just because it makes you cry in happiness and sadness but who cares because it's Disney and there's almost nothing else that can make you feel the way it does? You know, cause it's yours, forever? *crying* Not just me....right?
"To all who come to this happy place, welcome!" Walt gave this speech 60 years ago, at the park's opening. He wanted it to be aspire of joy and inspiration to all the world, and it has become more than that. It has become an icon, and a "laughing place" to all. Happy 60th Anniversary, Disneyland!
I celebrated New Year's Eve at Disneyland, and it was one of the best times I ever had! Even though I'm still struggling in school. "Step into the Magic" makes me want to high five and hug people, because it was a time to just celebrate!
I cried when the Walt Disney voice over came on about it being our park. Foam from Frozen was fun too. First time I ever heard the song Let it Go was watching this fireworks show in person
What a way to celebrate Disneyland’s Diamond 60th Anniversary! I was the there that day back in 1955 when Walt Gave his opening speech. the new projections they did on the castle, plus with fireworks flowing around with your favorite Disney films, it’s really a spectacle of wonder that you need to experience in person, also with the rest of the celebration!! Glad to be the Representative of this magical company that made so many dreams come true these last 63 years! I wish the best for all Disney Parks and most definitely see you at the place where dreams come true! Thanks for the love and Support, pals! Have a magical day! 🐭
June last year (2019), I was able to fulfill my dreams of not only visiting Disneyland, but also visiting U.S.A. for the very first time (Thanks US Embassy here in our country). Before that trip even pushed through, my family and I worked really hard here in the 🇵🇭 Philippines by producing and selling sweets and saved money for a year in order to push through with this trip. I didn't even spend money for my guilty pleasures like movies at cinema, eating at restaurants, or even for milk tea. All hard work and effort just to make it to US. Upon arriving there, most especially witnessing this wonderful Disneyland Forever Fireworks, I can't help but cry all throughout the show because all of the hardwork and effort for the trip was all worth it, and I was able to see it with my family. Truly an unforgettable moment for me and my family. ❤️
When I was at Disney world I saw the castle show. We got amazing spots close up and I absolutely loved it. I was with my entire dads side of the family (20 people counting me.) the whole trip was a blast by itself but what makes it better is that one of my cousins is my exact same age. Best time of my life.
People always say, "Oh just watch it from the hotel, or the parking garage (worst), or the parking lot it's the same." People who say that have never seen it close enough to hear the soundtrack or see the visual.
I saw this at the park two times and both times I started to cry so hard during the Step in Time part. Mary Poppins is my favorite Disney movie if all time, and I love that it got the recognition it deserved.
I was at the park and saw this show. It was an amazing experience. I love how when they show the silhouette of Walt and Mickey walking together, someone goes "Aww!"
Wow. Just think about it. You are stepping on where a legend used to walk. 63 years later...and this is still Magical. With kids smiling when they first see Mickey Mouse, Where there eyes glow and awe in a amazement when they see those Fireworks. Where everyone can come if they want Happiness,Magic, Never ending fun. Where you don’t have to be a kid to smear Ice Cream Over your face with your family laughing at you and you laugh with Them. Where every Minute is Magical. Where you one time a adult but a few mins later you are a kid. Where all stress is kicked out. Where happiness is normal. And where everything is possible. And all this happens in one single place Disneyland. Come here to be apart of the magic and imagination of the person who started it all. :)
Whoa, this is the best vantage point I've ever seen! There's not even any heads to look over. The Main Street projections are cool and all but it feels like watching through a tunnel from back there. Great video.
This is a great vantage point! Standing down Main Street is also super cool with all of the projections all the way down the Main Street Buildings! So many great places to experience this wonderful show!
Danny Fenty omg please change your profile picture!!!! It's seriously annoying every time I scroll past you in the comments I think I have a hair on my screen!!! Rant over :)
+Eli Gerardo Omg yes i went here to see the parade it was amazing and i wanted to cry and sing and enjoy it but my parents were there Lol. But this was so magical i totally recommend it. I LOVE WALT DISNEY!
I was there for my first trip to Disneyland with my girlfriend 💕 still together after 8 years and now its our dream to go back and experience the dreamland we call Disneyland
I am a 19 year old who had been to jail, juvenile detention centers in n out and watching this made me cry because i was reminded of my childhood and my uncle who would take me to Disney before he got killed . I love you tio. Love this place.
The Lighting company I work for makes the lights that are moving on both sides of the castle. We are all very proud to have so many of our lighting fixtures used by Disney.
you think Disney builds lights themselves just to use in their park? Some they do yes, but not these. These are ours, I really don't care if you believe me or not.
Well sorry but when my director of sales tells me something about the company we work for, I tend to believe him, and I have no doubt that the lights moving around the castle are from my company. either way this show is amazing!
Am I the only one who thinks a Brother Bear segment in the fireworks where Kenai tranforms into the bear would have been awesome? Still a beautiful show❤
Literally, I waited 2 hours to see paint the night then immediately got the best spot I could find for this firework show (at the very end of the main street in front of a walkway. And this is the best firework show I have ever seen in my life. I teared up
Its been years since I have seen this firework show and it still reduces me to tears. To this day my favorite Disney Firework show. I went to the park last weekend and loved the firework show but it dodnt hold a candle to this!
+Jenna Poole It is not going. Only the 60th Anniversary decorations and merchandises will go like the Castle diamond decoration overlay. Like the 50th Anniversary 11 years ago the Remember Dreams Come True Fireworks show stayed from 2005-2014. The Walt Disney's Parade of Dreams stayed from 2005-2008 but since they premiered a night parade for the 60th Anniversary. The Paint the Night Electrical Parade will stay for too long for 10-15 years or so on. The Disneyland Forever will probably stay until the 70th Anniversary comes.
without Walt Disney, Disney wouldnßt be that business today what it actually is. I have so much respect from Walt Disney. heßs a genius. Nobody else can make like him out of a little mouse such a big business. Thanks Walt Disney for everything you have done for making Disney so great like it is today.
I’ve been to Disneyland 2 times and I’ve also been to Universal studios Hollywood 5 times someday I wanna go to Disney world and I wanna go to Universal Orlando resort
THANKS FOR SHARING Was just recently out there and the show was cancelled because of high winds. Was so disappointed. This was the next best thing. Thanks for a great video!
I was crying during the time we went cause my grandpa would take the whole family every year and watch the fireworks which were his most favorite part of Disney, then he passed😭😢🖤💙
(Music begins.) FEMALE SOLOIST Step into the magic! Step into the magic! NARRATOR Just imagine: if you were standing right here over 60 years ago, you’d be standing in the middle of an orange grove. Wow. Just simply, wow. I experienced this last night. I didn't want to stay, but my mom wouldn't stop pestering me and the siblings about this incredible suppose firework show. Let me tell you what, there I was, a 21 year old dude amongst toddlers in gowns, and about halfway through found myself weeping in awe of what this experience enveloped me with. I felt that my soul was replenished; all the constant negativity and clutter conjured up from daily living: vanished. This was majestic, flat out beautiful. Like nothing I had ever seen. Bravo, Disney! Not only for putting on a great show, but for being able to touch the soft spot of my heart unlike anything else in the world.
+thelonelybarbarian im the same thing, i go there every single day and as its time to see the 60th anniversary fireworks i just start to cry with joy and i hope Walt is looking down at Disneyland and see what he has created.
I went there today and this was my exact same reaction, the show made me so emotional it was so beautiful.
+thelonelybarbarian My exact same reaction! 20 Year Old dude! :) My last day I missed it and was sad about it but World Of Color was also amazing!
Did u get a good view?
+張泰銘(Walt) yes
I remember the last time I went. As the show was going on, I looked to my right and this women was in tears and clutching her 4 year old daughter who was watching the show in amazement, in her arms. I cried after reading that.
Just reading that made me cry.
this story brought me to tears
I am literally driving home from my first Disneyland trip right now. I had the same reaction, sobbing. Disney was my escape as a child from an abusive father, so Walt was like a surrogate father in a odd way. So the Kiss Goodnight had me in body racking sobs, so I can understand.
And now I'm crying
Why can't Disneyland Forever STAY Forever? It's the best fireworks display I have and will ever see!!! I got to see it twice before it left. Jackson Sawatzky Remember is much better.
aww but honestly remember dreams come true is way better 🥺
The finale on Disneyland Forever is pretty amazing, but on the whole Remember Dreams Come True was better.
It's never the end for me without watching the Disneyland Firework Show. Who can agree?
LA RailKid I agree.
absolutely brilliant, no one can do it like disney, no matter how hard they try! already started saving for disney worlds 50th in a few years time, won't be missing that for anything in the world... happy 60th to disneyland

I cried three separate times while watching.... Haha, I even noticed my sister, who assures me she's not that big of a Disney fan, and thinks that Disneyland is for kids, with tears in her eyes during Let It Go :) Truly a magical place
I had a very similar experience with my sister. She insists that she didn't cry, but I know better...
I cried on our last night there. God grant that I can be there again soon.
If only Walt Disney was to come back one day and we'd show him what one dream grew into and what we have done and how we remember him.. I love Disney!
Michael Samuel I think Walt would cry of happiness if he saw this masterpiece.
+equilibrium1736 Walt Disney would most likely be snacking on brains while enjoying the fireworks. The Walking Dead says so.
Walt Disney would pass out if he saw the Ticket prices
Ryan Kiser and Star Wars land
Does anyone else come and watch this when they're having a bad day, or is that just me? Come on and live the Magic!
*finale*
s6a6r6a6h " where you'll be forever young " I cry every time!! I love Disneyland !
I sometimes randomly think about this part of the fireworks, and cry a little
s6a6r6a6h I always would tear up at that part. Never ceased to amaze me. I wish I could personally thank Walt Disney and everyone who did this.
I cried when the Walt Disney voice over came on about it being our park. Foam from Frozen was fun too. First time I ever heard the song Let it Go was watching this fireworks show in person

Words can't describe and moving this show was. Definitely Disney's very best! If only Walt could have seen this, he would have been so proud!
At 14:23 when Walt Disney is walking with Mickey Mouse really got me 😭
Gay
+MrXxtoshixx yes you are
+Brendon McCorkle no YOU ! 😂
Being gay isn't even an insult
Y'all are so petty.
If Walt is anything like what I've read about him, he's still watching over this place today. He must be so proud. :')

Yeah, I’m glad that you’re finally able to make your dream of visiting the U.S.A. and Disneyland a reality. 🥲👍👍
I'm a Japanese Disney fan! Live the Magic It's a really nice song ✨ Thank you for your wonderful singing voice!
This fireworks show is the best spectacular Disneyland has ever done IMO
+Diego_Alex 079 ME TOO!!!!!!
Diego_A45 You betcha! But I also love Remember Dreams come true finale itself but this one is bigger and extra special!! 💥 🐭 🎇
@diegoalex4587 It makes us all wonder, what will Disneyland do to top this off for it's 70th anniversary next year?
When I was at Disney world I saw the castle show. We got amazing spots close up and I absolutely loved it. FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR POSTING FOR THOSE OF US THAT CAN'T BE THERE.
Great firework show for the 60th!! The frozen part was AWESOME!!!!!!
Bobby T Agreed, pal! What a way to celebrate 60 years of the Magic,Memories, and you!! The Frozen was indeed SWELL! ❄️ 🎆🎆🎆🎇🎇🎇
People always say, "Oh just watch it from the hotel, or the parking garage (worst), or the parking lot it's the same." People who say that have never seen it close enough to hear the soundtrack or see the visual.
Sounds like my parents would say that.
Adam Eccleston exactly what happened to me when I went with my school :(
I remember watching it once from my motel room. I was staying at the Quality Inn on Katella. You're right it's not the same
I saw this at the park two times and both times I started to cry so hard during the Step in Time part. Mary Poppins is my favorite Disney movie if all time, and I love that it got the recognition it deserved.
Best fireworks show at Disneyland hands down

Does anyone just love how when The Lion King segment comes up, everyone just goes crazy?
It's because Lion King and the Lion King 2 are the best movies to exist on the face of the planet.
everything I go that part gets the loudest cheer
kari lomeli I lost my mind when Lion King came up 😭❤️✨
i was like that too
Goosebumps my sista is one of the best Disney movies ever rated. Look it up if you don't believe me.

I went there for the first time and i dont wanna play the Peter pan flight and i dont want to spoil it
Absolutely breathtaking!!
It seems like the best views of the fireworks are on TH-cam rather than the actual park. Weird! Thanks for posting this!
Song: NAAAAAANNNNTTS INGONYAMAAAAA
*crowd loses their shit*
I'm crying watching this in 2020. It's easily my favorite fireworks show.
This is a great vantage point! Standing down Main Street is also super cool with all of the projections all the way down the Main Street Buildings! So many great places to experience this wonderful show!
This is the best video I've seen so far SoCal Attractions 360
The tangled part 😌
ominousyoshi gets me all the time! so magical; mandy Moore's voice is perfect

Literally, I waited 2 hours to see paint the night then immediately got the best spot I could find for this firework show (at the very end of the main street in front of a walkway. And this is the best firework show I have ever seen in my life. I teared up
Max Musto It sure is DAZZLING in my opinion, pal! Hot Dog! One of the best fireworks Disneyland has ever premiered!!
November 2020 and this video made me cry because the meaning is more meaningful. I need this magic back in my life.
Its been years since I have seen this firework show and it still reduces me to tears. To this day my favorite Disney Firework show. I went to the park last weekend and loved the firework show but it dodnt hold a candle to this!
soooo happy they are bringing this back!
If I could meet Walt Disney, I’d just give him a huge hug to thank him for this.
Wonderful, it's like this in Disneyland Paris :D
I always love watching the firework show
I love the original firework show, but this is my favorite of all. It's what Walt deserves.♥️♥️
Disagree with me if you'd like, but I think this would make a PERFECT reopening firework show when they put them on again
Disneyland Forever will return in April 22 of this year
I got thi chills because this is just amazing
Can't wait for New Years again. Will be taking my boys for Christmas and New Years this year. Can't come fast enough.
Yesterday was my first experience, one that I can't forget.
SuitingBus Great Job! This show is a show stopper. Aswell as the other entertainment That is offered at the 60th Anniversary! Hope you enjoyed!
I Love you Disney!! :) Always love you!!
Makes me happy when everyone screams for Lion King I got chills I was like omg that is amazing!
So happy to be seeing this come back! 🤗
I'm so excited for it to return!!!
I got goosebumps just watching this. must be awesome being there.
I love this I would love to see it I've been to Disney world but I would have to say this one is 1000 times better
Bobbie Blair You should go see the new fireworks show 😁
I'm really sad that I'll probably never be able to see this in real life but this video is the closest thing I've seen so far. Thank you!!!!!
+MajesticWorld Why not?
well not everybody can make it to Disneyland and this firework show won't be there forever, I believe it is going away in September
Tj Samson Nope, you were sadly wrong.
LOL gotta love how the Lion King part caused everyone to gasp!
I can’t wait to go back once this pandemic blows over. 😇😇😇😇❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤍
so excited to go with my best friends to Disneyland next week! it's our first trip together!
willow bay Wow! Yay! Have the most Magical trip at the Happiest Place On Earth!!! 😃
Walt Disney Is Forever In Our Hearts❤️😭
I swear I can hear staccato triplet notes in the grand finale fireworks. Pretty amazing synchronization technology.
That was incredible. Great video.
Absolutely love this show! The fireworks and the movies they decided to put into this were awesome! I wish they didn't take it!
it has me crying for how much I love disneyland
I would bawl if i saw this in person 😭😭
This is SO much better than the 50th anniversary shows they are putting on at Disneyworld.
I watched this and cried 5 times! I loved it

The first time I saw this I cried it's very emotional seeing the evolution of Disney In 14 mins #DISNEYFORLIFE

"All of this is yours! Forever!"
*tears*
without Walt Disney, Disney wouldnßt be that business today what it actually is. I have so much respect from Walt Disney. heßs a genius. Nobody else can make like him out of a little mouse such a big business. Thanks Walt Disney for everything you have done for making Disney so great like it is today.

FEMALE SOLOIST
Step into the magic!
Step into the magic!
NARRATOR
Just imagine: if you were standing right here over 60 years ago, you’d be standing in the middle of an orange grove. One visionary man stood right where you are now, but instead of orange trees, he envisioned a Magic Kingdom. This man’s name was Walt Disney, and his dream would be called Disneyland.
WALT DISNEY
It’s been said that as long as there’s imagination left in the world, Disneyland will never be complete.
(Tinker Bell flies around the castle.)
PETER PAN
(Crows.) Imagination? We got a lot of that around here! Right, Tinker Bell? Ah, atta-girl, Tink-sprinkle your pixie dust! Let’s show ’em just how magical this place can be. C’mon everybody, here we go!
FEMALE SOLOIST
It’s a world where you belong,
Where you can dream aloud.
FEMALE SOLOIST AND MALE SOLOIST
Your heart will follow!
MALE SOLIST
Get up, and sing along!
The moment’s here and now,
FEMALE SOLOIST AND MALE SOLOIST

It will carry us away, carry us away.
You and me, makin’ memories today.
Yeah!
Step into the magic.
Watch the stories come to life!
Step into the magic.
Every color shines so bright.
Step into the magic!
Step into the magic!

(Music changes to “I See the Light.”)
RAPUNZEL
All those days, watching from the windows.
All those years, outside looking in.
All that time, never even knowing
Just how blind I’ve been.
RAPUNZEL AND FLYNN
And at last I see the light,
FLYNN
And it’s like the fog has lifted.
RAPUNZEL AND FLYNN
And at last I see the light,
RAPUNZEL
And it’s like the sky is new.
RAPUNZEL AND FLYNN
And it’s warm and real and bright,
And the world has somehow shifted.
All at once, everything is different,
Now that I see you.
Now that I see you.
(Music changes to “Rumbly in My Tumbly.” Sound of bees buzzing.)
WINNIE THE POOH
Hum dum dee dum, hum dum dee dum,
I’m so rumbly in my tumbly.
Time to munch an early luncheon,
Hum dee dum dum dum.
(Buzzing gets louder, music turns ominous.)

Heffalumps and woozles steal honey… Beware! Beware!
A heffalump or woozle is very confuzle.
A heffalump or woozle’s very sly!

But if they so choozles,

Because they guzzle up the thing you prize!

From the day we arrive on the planet,
And blinking, step into the sun,
There’s more to see than can ever be seen.
More to do than can ever be done.
It’s the circle of life,
And it moves us all.
Through despair and hope,
Through faith and love.
Till we find our place
On the path unwinding.
In the circle,
The circle of-

(Music changes to “Let It Go.”)
ELSA
The snow glows white on the mountain tonight,
Not a footprint to be seen.
A kingdom of isolation,
And it looks like I’m the queen.
The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside.
Couldn’t keep it in-heaven knows I tried!
Don’t let them in, don’t let them see.
Be the good girl you always have to be.
Conceal, don’t feel, don’t let them know.
Well, now they know!
Let it go! Let it go!
I am one with the wind and sky.
Let it go! Let it go!
You’ll never see me cry.
Here I stand
In the light of day.
Let the storm rage on!
The cold never bothered me anyway.
(Music changes to main Disneyland Forever theme.)
NARRATOR
As Walt Disney said, “Disneyland will never be complete.” And as the future will show us, with enough imagination, it will continue to build and grow on one enduring promise-that all who journey into its magical gates will feel forever young. And the magic, as Walt assured us, will never end.
(Music changes to “When You Wish Upon a Star” and then back to Disneyland Forever theme.)

Every color shines so bright.
Step into the magic!
Step into the magic!
