All of this is yours, forever! At that moment, I burst out crying. For many years, Disneyland has been my safe haven from depression. Seeing this live is a magical experience. You were a part of something beyond the normal daily life. Thank you, Disney. Thanks for letting me live the magic, now and forever. Amazing video.
Had my first date with my wife and saw this show, 7 years later on our honeymoon we didn't even know this show was playing again and got to see it. Chills every time!
To think it's been ten years since I attended Disneyland. I was there for the 50th Anniversary with my grandmother. Even watching the video, I still tear up. This was so wonderfully done. The parade, the world of color and the fireworks. Thank you Walt Disney for the magic you brought to the world.
N E. also when she said " all those who journey into it's magical gates, will feel forever young." really spoke to me haha I'm 23 and I get excited going to Disneyland and ill continue forever! just went yesterday and I loved it
The part just before it is wonderful too, all the Main Street buildings becoming cartoons, and then disappearing as we're taken back to when Walt first walked on that land and decided it'd be where the Happiest Place on Earth would stand... :'3
My sister and I got to see this in person in memory of my mom. Disneyland was her favorite place, and she took out a life insurance policy for the specific reason of sending my sister and I out there. We both were in tears almost the entire time.
I've just about seen everything fly over Disneyland-I've seen a Fairy Fly, I've seen an Elephant Fly, I've seen a Ghost Dog Fly, & NOW I"VE SEEN A CLOWNFISH FLY!!!!! Could Disneyland get any more MAGICAL!!!!!
Right! 4 character's on that old zip line! And apparently they soon want to put a ship from Star Tours and Spider Man or Green Goblin! Going to be epic in the future!
disneyinuyamon Disney filed a pantent a while back to use drones to create giant flying puppets. In the example they had a ten foot tall Jack Skellington with drones at each joint, so who knows what will fly next!
+AMagicProduction Yea i noticed the same thing.. Not gonna lie.. the first time i saw this video i was having my lunch and i cried a little!! On the lion King part and also on the Tangled I see the Light part!! its such a good show! i finally saw it for the first time in person not too long ago!! Def Better than the new WOC show i think!!
+Dominic Morales that's because the crowd is predominantly adults, adults who were kids back when the Lion King came out. In 20 years, the kids who watched Frozen today will cheer as loud when the frozen segment of a show starts. Stop making this a competition.
Couldn't even make it to the 2 minute mark without crying, can't imagine how I would have been seeing it live. Thank you so much for posting and letting me feel apart of the magic!! :)
Wow. Just simply, wow. I experienced this last night. I didn't want to stay, but my mom wouldn't stop pestering me and the siblings about this incredible suppose firework show. Let me tell you what, there I was, a 21 year old dude amongst toddlers in gowns, and about halfway through found myself weeping in awe of what this experience enveloped me with. I felt that my soul was replenished; all the constant negativity and clutter conjured up from daily living: vanished. This was majestic, flat out beautiful. Like nothing I had ever seen. Bravo, Disney! Not only for putting on a great show, but for being able to touch the soft spot of my heart unlike anything else in the world.
I miss this so much! I was SOO LUCKY that I got to see this live, I had nothing but work planned out for Christmas that year and my family was on vacation without me, so my aunt took me to Disneyland on X-Mas eve and I was CRYING. Best Christmas EVER!
Honestly one of the best firework displays I've ever seen! I went to Disneyland for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I spent the day with some friends I made at Vidcon and we experienced it together. Watching the fireworks and saying goodbye to them made me break down in tears. But I guess it's because I had a great time with the people that I love!
This is the stuff. I've watched the other ones, even happily ever after. But I sobbed seeing this in person and cried at home. This is all about Walt. Walt deserves this and I'm in love with the imagineers for this. I love you disneyland and you are my home.😭😭💓💓💓💓
I am so glad that DIsneyland brought this fireworks spectacular back this summer. We got to see it in person last weekend, and this is now my favorite Disney fireworks spectacular! (Sorry, Wishes!)
It's truly amazing that Disneyland grew this much magical! I love this place and i literally grew up around it so IT'S LIKE A SECOND HOME! My family loves this place and I hope for it to continue to grow larger and more magical for when this generation of teenagers create families after college. Disneyland IS the most happiest place in the world and it keeps getting better and better every time I come to Disneyland with new upgrades and technologies. EVEYRTHING LOOKS AWESOME AT DISNEYLAND. AND Walt Disney IS RIGHT! Disneyland will never be "completed". If there is such thing. It will only grow bigger and continue to grow until there is no more imagination in the world, which CERTAINLY would never happen in life. It is a magical place where everyone enjoys. Babies, toddlers, to Kids, Tweens, to Teenagers, Young Adults, to Juniors and then Seniors. EVERYONE enjoys this magical place and I hope it stays that way until there is no more life left in the world. and when it comes to an ending.
im reading the comments and im so glad im not the only one sobbing to this. I haven't been to disneyland since 2010 and I miss it so much. I also want to be proposed to during the fireworks show during "I See the light"
when i barely turned 1 i went but than 12 years i went which was yesterday 09/02/16 and i cried when "i see the light" was on idk ut brought memories back and the times i had with my dad(he left me when i was 2 years old)
I've seen hundreds of videos of the walt Disney world firework/night time show and nothing compares to the ones at Disneyland in California. Don't take me wrong I would love to visit walt Disney world, never been there but even though I have visited Disneyland like literally a 100 times and I always watch the videos here on TH-cam nothing compares to the reactions of the people who see the shows at Disneyland!!.. the "woows" and "awwws" the clapping and cheering, makes everything even more special.
This is literally Magical. It’s like Disneyland’s Happily Ever After. I love how Main Street is like a movie of it. The fireworks were so magical!! This is a 10/10 firework show. This and Wishes are amazing. This sums up how magical Disneyland could be. This park will always be magical. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY DISNEYLAND!! 🎇

Seeing this live is absolutely amazing, right before the show starts everyone is just expectantly staring at the castle as it twinkles and then boom it freaking starts flashing and the magic starts.
I've always loved Disneyland's amazing firework display. But the building projections really take it over the top. Outstanding filming job and thanks for sharing....Brought tears to my eyes. John
Thank you so much for this video!! This was AMAZING!! I never thought I would love a show as much as "Remember dreams come true" but this one is topping the charts!! Loved every second of it!
Absolutely breath-taking! I don't know how Disney does it, but they have certainly done it again. Much better experience than trying to watch the live stream on the 21st.
I also watched the "Macy's 4th of July Fireworks" on TV two weeks ago, and it was much of the same as it was last year and the year before. Same displays, same designs, same shells, everything. These types of fireworks are commonly used for this fireworks show. It was shown on the East River in midtown Manhattan where they set them off. Great job!
13:19 gave me chills when I saw it live, and got chills all over again watching this! Love the ending music and the chorus, and seeing the two "stars" alone in the sky. Though I would prefer they just had a solo "star" arcing over the castle as in the film logo. And it would match "...when you wish upon a star." But Disney can do no wrong so I love it anyway!!!
We traveled from Sweden to experience this! & We were not disappointed My husband and I are big Disney fans and this along with a day at Universal Studios was the grand finale to our 6 week trip through Canada & United States.
Makes me emotional every damn time! Especially Lion King and Frozen. I don't even like Frozen but when the snow comes and the piano plays, my heart crumbles.
My son & I can't get enough of it, we try to go once a month, looking forward to get annual passes just because of this show, I cry every moment, the most amazing show on earth, thus far 👍
I was in Downtown Disney once and I overheard somebody say "I mean, what's so special about the fireworks?" And I'm like, You have not LIVED until you have seen a Disney fireworks show. The music, the projections, the atmosphere...it's not nearly the same as seeing them at a baseball game or a park. They're in a class all their own. I love it. :')
I cried every time I watched these fireworks and I just cried watching this, definitely miss this fireworks show and the 60th anniversary!! It's going to be weird going to the park this weekend and not see all the 60th stuff but so looking forward to all the Christmas decorations and such!
This was the best thing to watch in person!! I got to see it in 2009 and it was amazing! and today is June 13th 2016 and in 2 days I'm going again with my dad, stepmom, stepbrother, and my real brother I can't wait! btw I'm 14...I just can't waitttt omg
we were just there and saw it from the Small World castle and then the day we were going to watch it from this angle but due to the winds the Fireworks were cancelled. Thank you for having this we realized how much better it was from this angle compared to the one we went to. Small world angle was fantastic so this is just insane on how well it has been put together.
Having been a WDW local and only been to WDW, I love Happily Ever After but this show is everything Disney is, should be and has always been. A lot of what Disney is meant to be has been lost at WDW. I would kill for some more focus on Walt or classic animations like Winnie the Pooh but they're almost entirely pushed to the side at WDW for all the newer princesses. This show brought me to tears. I can't wait to get to Disneyland one day!!
I'm so amazed at how Mr. Walt Disney envisioned a magical place, and his vision became reality. God bless Mr. Disney for creating such a wonderful, and magical place. R. I. P. Mr. Disney
When I saw the fireworks and everything else in January for the first time in 11 years, I was on my way out of the park and I kept looking back and I was so amazed. I cried while leaving Disneyland haha, I'm hopefully going back this June.
It was Awesome, Although when the Fireworks Show started I was in the Disneyland Hotel we had a PERFECT view of the Fireworks from our Room. It was Amazing!
I watched the Disneyland 60 anniversary special and I'm watching this after that awesome and magical with wonderfulness too😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁step in time fellas😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Everything DL gets is soooo much better than what WDW gets! Big thunder upgrade, matterhorn upgrade, fireworks, parades :( This & Paint the Night both look incredible!
Just wait till 2021 when WDW gets its anniversary, and yeah this was amazing i will admit but disney paris anniversary fireworks are better dl basically copied paris.
Living in the UK, Florida is our main option for our Disney fix (not a fan of Paris at all), but I have been to DL CA in 2001, I wasn't a Disney fan back then, but I cannot wait to get back now, especially for all these new amazing shows, and California Adventure :)
Jeffrey Hilliker As an Orlando person, I cried when watching this in part because it was so beautiful and in part because we don't have it here. Because it's basically Celebrate the Magic and Wishes combined and ;-; But I still think we have a lot of stuff better, they're just getting cool stuff for sixty. We hit fifty soon so maybe we'll get some neat stuff then. (Then again I don't want to lose Wishes but maybe a Wishes upgrade with Castle Projections...)
THIS WAS AWESOME!!!!!! I never thought I'd say this, but this was way better than Wishes! Thank you soooooo much for sharing. cried through the whole thing.Nobody does it better than Disney. Period.
For once I thought, "Hey, maybe they won't shove Frozen down our throats in this display." Nope. As soon as I thought that, the song started playing. Still a great fireworks show and I can't wait to go to Disneyland in a few weeks!
I agree with you. However, you can't deny the fact that a movie that cost $250 million to make grossed $1.5 billion. All companies celebrate their successes and that includes, in spite of how annoying it may be to some people, Frozen.
memphoscorpio Yeah, I know. I just kind of wish they would move on already. I want more Big Hero 6 stuff and that's the 3rd highest grossing animated Disney film. I just think it would be more fair to include everything and not give 3 minutes to a Frozen section for every show they do.
Chow Chow I understand, I was 1 when The Lion King came out, I grew up watching it. I'm just commenting on the fact that Frozen is still being milked for all its worth. I am very aware they did the same thing with the Lion King. The parade during the day in the mid-90s was an entire Lion King parade. They used to promote the hell out of their newest movies with parades (i.e. the Aladdin parade in WDW in 1993, and the one I just mentioned). I'm just saying after a while (it's been almost 2 years), it gets old. I'm perfectly fine with having Frozen merchandise and character meet ups and the like, I'm not fine with them not promoting their other films as much as Frozen (I mean, there is literally NO Wreck-It-Ralph merch in the park at all and that was an amazing film). And no, I don't think people will get over Frozen. When I said "move on" I meant just what I mentioned earlier: promoting other films (even the classic ones because really, they were what helped make this all possible) as equally as the rest. But maybe I'm just a fan of EVERYTHING the Walt Disney Company has produced/bought/distributed and I like it all from the classics to Star Wars to Marvel and I just want equal attention for everything. A person can dream.
nobodiesgrl0916 Unfortunately the way how business works means that not all things are created equal, it's the survival of the fittest. You invest in the product that can give you the best returns, and Frozen is the best one for the foreseeable future. Do I want to see things like WIR and BH6? Yes. But do I understand why that won't happen? Of course. That's why I trust the WDC's decisions, they're already looking decades ahead while most people are still debating about classics.
Chow Chow I never said I didn't understand why they make the decisions they do. I completely understand their decisions. I even asked the last time I was there why they didn't have certain merchandise and they gave me the straight truth: because there was basically no demand for it. I get it. I'm just saying that in a perfect world things would be marketed equally and such. And is that wrong to "debate about classics"? No, it's not. Because there is always going to be old school and new school fans of the company and their productions. As a fan of the company and new and old movies, I have looked into marketing for their films. Like how they used the Dreamworks' way of promoting Tangled with their promotional posters and such. But clearly, I need to stop "debating about classics" because it will get me nowhere. Look, all I was saying was that like a lot of other people (old and young) I'm just a little irritated by this move. But I DO understand why they continue to promote it. It's a great money-maker, hence why they're making a sequel. I'm not oblivious to the reasonings behind their decisions.
Disneyland forever is better than paint the night parade that is what i think and now its over Disneyland 60 was the best thing that ever happened to Disneyland ill miss the 60 diamond celebration and now the 10 year wait for the 70 anniversary where they will do something amazing again
Thank you so much for filming / uploading this awesome show. Unfortunately I don't have the money to go to Disneyland to see this on my own. So a huge thanks from me!
ghosty4 You can see it on the Macy's 4th of July fireworks in New York City this year on TV. Last year was out of control where they welcomed back to the East River for the first time in 5 years and the Brooklyn Bridge was the welcomed addition to the show. They're going to do the same year and also returning is the fireworks in Midtown which will be part of the Macy's fireworks show for the 4th.
I watch this from my balcony like once a week and it was already awesome from a far (and playing Disney music on my phone lol) but watching this is so magical!!
I was there! It was absolutely amazing and beautiful and afterwards some people were crying and a little girl by me had fainted from excitement. She was OK though but I think everyone deserves to be able to see something as amazing as that! I would give anything RO go back and feel the many emotions I felt afterwards. Just thinking about it makes me so happy.
AWESOME SHOW!!! I'm Really Impressed With It!!! I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOEXCITED That I Can't Wait 2 See This In Person!!! This Show Brought Tears to my eyes. I Really Love The Projection Effects going on Main Street USA & The Sleeping Beauty Castle. Disneyland, You Did an Excellent Job on This Fireworks Show and Put Lots of Effort on It. I Will Be There Sometime This Weekend. I Will be there Today, if Not, it will be Saturday, Sunday, or Monday For Sure!!! Love This Show!!! :)
Waits until the 100 Year Anniversary... Now that's going to be epic!

+LifeWithBayle I'll be 61 by then
I really hope I will be alive for that. I will be 70.
To think it's been ten years since I attended Disneyland. I was there for the 50th Anniversary with my grandmother. Even watching the video, I still tear up. This was so wonderfully done. The parade, the world of color and the fireworks.
Thank you Walt Disney for the magic you brought to the world.
uwuwuwuw
I'm crying so much right now. When I can afford to renew my pass I'm going to watch this every single night.
***** *so yay
Derek, you clearly don't have a Disney side.
Mia Cheezytoon honestly though Derek Zil needs to have some fun and let his Disney side shine!
Dude I totally respect you for this
Lincoln Johnson Wow, thanks!
"Just think, all of this is yours - forever!" makes me tear up every time.

PatricktheHedgehog01 That. Would be. Awesome! :D
disneyinuyamon Disney filed a pantent a while back to use drones to create giant flying puppets. In the example they had a ten foot tall Jack Skellington with drones at each joint, so who knows what will fly next!
81 people accidentally clicked the dislike button because they were so emotional that they had too much tears filling up their eyes.
eeyup I think
right?? who in their right mind dislikes this???
I went to Disneyland 60th anniversary but however they had to cancel it because of weather so I didn't get to see it.
Same thing happened last week in the Kingston Plaza, and then a week later, BAM! The weather was perfect.
oh thats sad
Love how the crowd went crazy for the lion king part, now that's classic Disney !
And if I noticed more people cheered for the circle of life than they did on let it go :D
Lol I was there and I screamed like crazy when Circle of Life came on!
AMagicProduction when i went there with my niece, we both got excited when the lion king part started. ahaha! :3

I worked at Walt Disney World, best time of my life.
+Jorge Saenz How did you apply? It's on my bucket list to work at a Disney Park.
just apply online, fill out a general application and apply for EVERYTHING.
Disney never disappoints, I freaking cried. it was so beautiful! how do they do this?!?!
the same way epicenter does it btw u should see the epicenter XL its epic
This is just beautiful, such a well thought out show with the projections on Main Street turning out to be stunning

I just visit Disneyland after almost 20 years. I moved to Texas. The best part of Disneyland is the parade & fireworks.

There's a video of someone being proposed during the "I See the Light" part
I just came back from Disneyland and the 2 days I was there I watched and cried during the firework show. Truly magical!
This is beautiful, we can't wait to see it in September!

i have gone to Disneyland since I was a baby , and by far this is the best fireworks display Disneyland has shown!
WOW!!!! This surpassed any expectations that I could have ever had. Bravo Disney!
When i heard Walt's Voice I started to cry
I have never seen a Disney fireworks show that has NOT made me cry. 91 people who watched this vid had no soul.
Seeing this live is absolutely amazing, right before the show starts everyone is just expectantly staring at the castle as it twinkles and then boom it freaking starts flashing and the magic starts.
This was definitely the best part of my 24 hour disneyland experience! thanks for posting this and making me relive this experience!
Cried my eyes out 😩😭 why was tangled's part so emotional 🏮👑✨💖
I've always loved Disneyland's amazing firework display. But the building projections really take it over the top. Outstanding filming job and thanks for sharing....Brought tears to my eyes. John
definitely cried... wish i could be there :(
This is just so overwhelming. Walt Disney's Magic and Dreams forever! I'll definitely have to go back to Disneyland to see this show! Love it!😍🎉
Watching from Australia, and remembering all of the Magic when I worked at Disneyland 25 years ago.... Thrilled to see this on line.
At the Lion King part, I was just WAITING for someone to raise a Simba plush in the air!
Seen this in person 3 times. Still makes me cry and gives me shivers.

I Was there and this is something I will never forget. This gives me goose bumps every time I watch it.
The lights pointing into the sky are amazing. It really fills your visual perspective
We traveled from Sweden to experience this! & We were not disappointed
My husband and I are big Disney fans and this along with a day at Universal Studios was the grand finale to our 6 week trip through Canada & United States.
I've seen a lot of Disney fireworks, but this one puts them all to shame. Thank you for uploading it.
Words can't describe how I felt about the lion king section and the ending about Walt Disney the man of Disney ❤️I just cried !!! My childhood ❤️
In the Mary Poppins sequence, that's actually a new recording of Dick Van Dyke's voice, 50+ years after the original film. Damn, that's awesome.
Fudge! Really pulled out the BIG guns for this!!!! Who else is watching this trying to decide where to stand the next time you go? Lol.
Makes me emotional every damn time! Especially Lion King and Frozen. I don't even like Frozen but when the snow comes and the piano plays, my heart crumbles.
I agree. I turned to my sister and said dang it, I love this frozen part and I didn't want to lol.
My son & I can't get enough of it, we try to go once a month, looking forward to get annual passes just because of this show, I cry every moment, the most amazing show on earth, thus far 👍
Great video, but trust me, this show is 10 times better in person!!
Love how everyone is cheering when The Lion King starts =D
I was in Downtown Disney once and I overheard somebody say "I mean, what's so special about the fireworks?"
And I'm like, You have not LIVED until you have seen a Disney fireworks show. The music, the projections, the atmosphere...it's not nearly the same as seeing them at a baseball game or a park. They're in a class all their own. I love it. :')
I love watching Disney Shows on TH-cam cause I’m Disney Fan for life
If you look at the end, there's a lone firework that goes higher than all the others. I think they do that on purpose to symbolize Walt
Steven Schiro Guve me the time signature.

Tears. I cried so much. Beautiful! I'm going to be a wreck watching this in person
Wow, wow, wow and wow!!!! I'm so emotional, it's just beautiful! If I could only see this in person.....OMG!
I'm so amazed at how Mr. Walt Disney envisioned a magical place, and his vision became reality. God bless Mr. Disney for creating such a wonderful, and magical place.
R. I. P. Mr. Disney
Went to Disneyland for my 19th birthday. Going back to Disneyland after so many years made me feel so much younger.
I can see thee inspiration of Happily Ever After in this show. Please! Bring this show back!
Just Amazing!! Disney, you've done it again!!
So happy you shared this beautiful video. Definitely feeling some nostalgia watching this now that they are no longer putting it on.
In tears. It's so beautiful.
The frozen segment is probably my favorite bc it starts to snow and it is just so magical
100th Anniversary gotta be awesome!! Basically if you are standing in main stream you are going to get a amazing firework show.
Again Thank You Mr Disney
I miss this show so much.
(Even though I prefer Remember and am super hyped for that coming back)
Everything DL gets is soooo much better than what WDW gets! Big thunder upgrade, matterhorn upgrade, fireworks, parades :( This & Paint the Night both look incredible!
Jeffrey Hilliker People on the east coast need to learn than Disneyland is an excellent alternative. (IMO the better one)
DL in 2001 wasn't what it is today. Time for a return!
Jeffrey Hilliker As an Orlando person, I cried when watching this in part because it was so beautiful and in part because we don't have it here. Because it's basically Celebrate the Magic and Wishes combined and ;-;
But I still think we have a lot of stuff better, they're just getting cool stuff for sixty. We hit fifty soon so maybe we'll get some neat stuff then. (Then again I don't want to lose Wishes but maybe a Wishes upgrade with Castle Projections...)
Mr. Disney Thank You
THIS WAS AWESOME!!!!!! I never thought I'd say this, but this was way better than Wishes! Thank you soooooo much for sharing. cried through the whole thing.Nobody does it better than Disney. Period.
I can imagine a show like this with the same soundtrack coming to Disney world soon
You did an AMAZING JOB filming and capturing everything you could. Thank you!
Disneyland forever is better than paint the night parade that is what i think and now its over Disneyland 60 was the best thing that ever happened to Disneyland ill miss the 60 diamond celebration and now the 10 year wait for the 70 anniversary where they will do something amazing again
I wonder what they'll do for Mickey's 100th birthday!
Thank you so much for filming / uploading this awesome show. Unfortunately I don't have the money to go to Disneyland to see this on my own. So a huge thanks from me!
I remember crying at the end when they replayed Walt's message
IM NOT CRYING YOU ARE
That finale is OUT OF CONTROL! Love it.
ghosty4 You can see it on the Macy's 4th of July fireworks in New York City this year on TV.
I'll be watching this show in 6 days, I'm so excited ;-;
This gave me so much nostalgia. I teared up. :')
Disneyland surprises me more and more every year. I love it so much omg
