Great idea to flush the first three filters like you did before connecting it to the membrane. I guess many of the manufacturers do not get into that advice in their manuals because they do not want to overwhelm a new client I am guessing. I have to find out about the Chloramine blaster you mentioned. You may know that chlorinated water is bad for the human microbiome friendly gut bacteria because it can hinder the balance of the good and bad bacteria and affect the health of many things in the body. Thanks for the video.
ive Always done the flush of the carbon block Before connecting the membrane into the system... one time after flushing and adding the membrane, i noticed water was tasting horrible.. I removed the sediment and carbonblock filters and the carbon chamber was filled with jet black water!, needless to say, it was flushing that carp into my good membrane for abt a week before i caught it... the membrane was discolored and im guessing, it was toast.. seems the carbon block had a defect that released continous carbon out into the membrane.. alittle initially ,yes, but this was Always outputting black and never flushed itself clean...the brand was Aquaflow....The new membrane i got after that fiasco was also an aquaflow 75gpd and IT was defective as well! outputting water with no tds drop whatsoever! needless to say, i would avoid that brand like the plague...i bought sediment and carbon block from watts and used a filmtec membrane and it worked fine.
The problem is that, even after flushing, how can we be sure that there won't be any black carbon coming in the system? and how to know if the carbon filters needs to be changed, I am having exactly same system, and these points are always a concern for me

If this was setup properly, Shut off your tank, turn water back on, and it should start dumping water thru your black tubing.
that sediment filter dosent look that dirty you can get a few more moths out of that filter
You don’t want your ro drinking water after it runs through membrane
