Is it just me or Xiao Yu's tools are mostly interruptible? And she loses most of the time when both characters press a button at the same time.
Am I correct that Xiao Yu is almost always at a frame disadvantage on hit?

@Tavonne Wiggins Not really difficult though, I used to kick my friends' asses using her while they went with more "tougher" characters like Eddie Gordo, Heichachi, Lei, Law, Yoshimitsu etc, it would annoy the hell out of them that a teen girl would consistently own them, which was the biggest reason I used her in the first place😆 Very underrated character

I definitely reocmmend you watch a guide that explains all of the Tekken terms. 4 attack buttins, two punches two kicks that are labeled 1,2,3,4 and movement having some terms as well. I promise once you watch a "Basics Guide" this info will click and stick with you because its honestly simple. Once you know what it is, the application of it all is what makes it complicated.

My issue with Xiao Yu is that she almost always loses when both characters press a button at the same time. Also she can't interrupt other characters' combos.

I found a better wall combo off of db1. DB1, Backdash, wr 3or2 (depending on the range of the wall splat), db1, it does 70 damage because the last db1 hits late

Can I ask what's "RDS" and "ch" mean?

RDS = Rain Dance Stance (=back turn)
Ch = counter hit

What exactly is a "power" mid? Like, what qualities about a mid move makes it "powerful" as you're using the term?

It's a general term rather than a technical one. I'm only trying to conveying the idea that the move is hard-hitting (typically KND/splat). Same sort of thing if I say "powerlow."

Btw, have you ever thought about making a short video about counterhits? Specifically fishing for them and setting them up? As a beginner-ish player, I know the _what_ about CH moves, but not so much about the _how_ in terms of application.
For example, in one of your videos you state something along the lines of "[this] magic 4 is great and is great at eating up jabs". I don't really understand how to make that happen.
