- Gurudev Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri 'The Holy Science' ( कैवल्य दर्शनम् ) is the Greatest Scripture of our Present Ascending Dwapara Yuga.
During the Kumbh Mela of 1894 (194th year of the present Dwapara Yuga) in Allahabad, the Deathless Guru Mahavatar Babaji met Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri under the Sacred Banyan Tree. While prophesying the worldwide spread of Kriyayoga for the benefit of humanity, the Great Preceptor requested Swami Yukteswar Ji to write 'The Holy Science' (Kaivalya Darshanam).
"At the request in Allahabad of the Great Preceptor (Mahavatar Babaji) near the end of the 194th year of the present Dwapara Yuga, this exposition has being published for the benefit of the world."
In this special class, Gurudev Swami Shree Yogi Satyam begins to explain the depth of this Sacred Scripture written by his own Gurudev. This video is an excerpt of a class at the Kriyayoga Ashram and Research Institute in Allahabad (Prayagraj) where the Sacred Banyan Tree is located. The class is bilingual in Hindi and English.

कैवल्य दर्शन मैंने कुछ वर्ष पूर्व पढीं थी। यह एक उपयोगी पुस्तक है। किंतु इस पुस्तक का मूल विषय शत प्रतिशत वैदिक सांख्य दर्शन से लिया गया है जो संस्कृत में रचित सांख्यकारिका तथा उसकी टीका में वर्णित है। इस प्रकार इस ग्रंथ में वर्णित विषय नया नहीं है। सांख्य के प्रवर्तक महर्षि कपिल थे, जिनकी प्रशंसा गीता में श्रीकृष्ण भी करते हैं। महर्षि पतंजलि का योगसूत्र इसी सांख्य दर्शन का व्यवहारिक अनुप्रयोग है। मैंने अपने योगाभ्यास के अंतर्गत अनुभव किया है कि इसीके मनोयोग से अभ्यास करने पर वास्तविक ईश्वरप्रदत्त धर्म की अनुभूति होने लगती है तथा मन शांत होने लगता है तथा एक शाश्वत ईश्वरीय आनंद चारों ओर प्रस्फुटित अनुभूत होने लगता है। साथ ही श्रीकृष्ण, राम, शिव, महातपस्विनी मां पार्वती आदि की दिव्य उपस्थिति को भी अनुभूत कराता है जिससे प्रस्फुटित आनंद का वर्णन शब्दों में करना असम्भव है। सबसे महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य कि ये अनुभूति हमें ईश्वर रचित जगत से विमुख भी नहीं करती।
