It does say this. We have left Kali yuga. Others teach we are still in Kali yuga. Is the a period of transition between Yuga's where the new age is not totally In effect. Is this what it's saying?
As India was ruled by European countries translations of these ancient Sanskrit scriptures by missionaries were mixed with religious connotations. The original works are agnostic of religion and was purely spiritual and scientific. This was the aim of sharing this knowledge to mankind. The aim was to go beyond religion and understand the true meaning of creation and unite mankind.

The book I have read more times than any other book. Truly the Gospel of this age. Highly recommend the teaching of P.Y. or Swami Shree Yogi Satyam to add a practical practice of this knowledge.

@mahayoga I find it revealing that if you checkout the link given below-E.Ts coming to earth are trapped,when they die on earth, and are linked into the earths spiritual evolutionary future.
The only way to escape=Travel to another planet or enter Samadhi.
The E.Ts spiritual materiel doesn't mention:Karma-Grace =Samadhi.

Perhaps a conditioning exist consciously and subconsciously by the educational, moral economical political system that are impose to the global village people as well to the elites rulers masters and shakers. These imposition could have as objective an improvement in technology ‘stimulus & response” to easy the labor force create an equality among the many and give more free time to the rulers as well as ruled to spend more time between themselves families and enjoy their existence with a much less afford since technological machines will do the tasks that previously where done by the labor force.
