I was just in Seattle myself! What a fun place to visit. My favorite part was being so close to so many INCREDIBLE hikes 👏
It really is!

Gum Wall...Yikes!!! Looks like Florida traffic in Seattle! Thanks for sharing your adventure, love the Petunia Pig memory🥰
@starchyshauna Thanks a bunch for tuning in to our video and dropping a comment! The gum wall might be a tad odd and not so easy on the eyes, but it's one of those wacky quirks that make up Seattle's vibe. 🤣 Often times we get sentimental remembering places we visited with our kids when they were young.
We spent some time in Seattle as our first port of call when we were moving to the US and wow what a city. Love seeing it from your perspective!
Thanks for taking the time to watch our Seattle video and commenting. Seattle is an interesting city that's for sure.😂
It IS a quirky city. You hit all the hot spots! Next time you guys are in town, if you are interesting in coming to Gig Harbor (the super cute harbor town where I live), let me know. We could exchange notes on retirement, travel, and being youtubers. We'd be happy to show you around.
We should be back in Seattle often after October so we'll definitely keep in touch so we can meet up. We used to live in Olympia but never visited Gig Harbor. We have heard that it's quite scenic there.
You guys should come visit Spokane
@@reganridling5964 It’s on our list. What are some of the can’t miss spots?

So happy to see this video as my daughter is stationed in WA. Can’t wait to visit even more now. I hope to travel around some day, but until then, happy to follow your travels 😊 Subscribe and look forward to watching all your videos!
@@wabisabisylvie111 You and your daughter will love WA. We were stationed there ourselves many years ago and that’s how we fell in love with the state. Thank you so much for watching, subscribing and commenting.

I was there in March and am going back in October on business. I've heard crime has gotten bad in some parts of downtown, but I didn't see that last time I was there.
@@allenreid62 Like everywhere Seattle has issues, there is no doubt and some areas are worse than others. But it seems to us that things have gotten better in the past couple of years. We still enjoy visiting the city. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment.
You should have sat on Petunia!
@@stephanieestep5429 we would have but there were little kids waiting on us so they could sit on Petunia.🤣
The gum wall is gross!
@@SlowTravelChroniclesit really is but that’s one of those places that Seattle is famous for.🤣
Our daughter wasn’t happy being there while we were filming. It grossed her out.
