INGREDIENTS :
First keep 6 to 7 Potatoes to boil in a cooker after adding little salt.
RAVA IDLI
Local Rave 3 Cups as shown in the video.
Roast the Rave
Little Oil
Bengal grams 2 to 3 spoons
Curry leaves handful
Cashew nuts few or as per your choice
Bengal grams half cup
Green chillies 2 to 3
Soda powder a small pinch
Coriander
BOMBAY SAAGU
Boiled Potatoes 6 to 7
Chopped Onions 2 to 3
Green chillies 10 to 12
Curry leaves little
Grated coconut little
Cashew nuts 1 cup
Bengal grams paste
Salt to taste

Superb explanation. Use of channa dal by grinding is a new concept. At home we used to fry the rava with oil but from now on dry fry ogarne and then adding oil. We used to use savige. In all a great treat.
