@@NRG42 I can’t make a video rn, but I can try to explain what helped me dunk. First of all I did a lot of stretching before each dunk session, I mainly focused on stretching my hips because that’s one of the most important parts of your body when it comes to dunking. Then I just focused on my foot placement when I jump, I try to get them close together to generate more force when I jump, and last I made sure to palm the ball and get it as high in the air as I can when I go for a dunk. That’s pretty much it, if this didn’t help then I’ll try to post a video about it in a few days
