- Maxwell, 26 months old, and Finnegan, 27 months old, show pure joy at the sight of one another, running to give each other a hug much bigger than their size.

This is typical of toddlers. I have seen toddlers who are complete strangers do this with each other. It kind of proves that racism is taught, and isn't natural to the human mind.

@Jammy joe tribalism doesn't have to be based on race, though. People are predisposed to form in-groups and out-groups, but they don't have to be based on skin color and you can expand your in-group. You don't know what you're talking about.

@Jammy joe Tribalism is defined by the tribe, and the definitions cover a huge range. Plenty of tribal definitions completely ignore skin color. Just look at the art of ancient Egypt.

I support reparations 100%. Short of that, I am a Bernie bro, and rather than the angry young white man that mainstream media claimed was the heart and soul of Bernie's backers (it was mostly young, 'tis true; but both genders, all gender identities, and all races; Bernie had the most diverse coalition of any candidate running for pres . . . sigh; o well) I am a 67 year old white women and I adore the BLM movement,, and I adore younger people who see that the corporations control both sides of the aisle in Washington DC.

When I was a kid I went and hung out with my friends in the country and we ran through fields eating peas out of the pod and I never forgot that. Wherever they are I hope they’re doing well.

Just a beautiful display of pure innocent love. My 1st best friend was white and I'm black. Racism was never thought of by her family or mine. Exposure to it came later on in school from white teachers. I pray these 2 stay friends for the rest of their lives.
