Love you bro.. I will definitely tag you after fight.. the chances are 50/50 bro.. dustin will go to octogan nothing to lose but their is a lot of pressure on khabib although he dont show it but it's their.. the fear of expectations is above all..dustin punches in a combo let's see how khabib play that out.. and I want to see how dustin neutralizes khabib's ground game pressure.. in stand up I think poirier chances are better..and his stand up game is also better then khabib..win or lose like & respect them both good human beings..

Agree he's really pushing it but I'm not sure why though... Khabib has always lived in Dagestan even when he won the title so it doesn't really make sense how it could suddenly be a negative factor for him. As for the ring rust angle, Khabib was out for two years after the RDA fight and when he came back to fight Darrell Horcher there was a tiny bit of rust in the first round but then he won with punches in the second round. I'm not at all comparing Darrell to Dustin, but saying Khabib has shown he's pretty resilient against ring rust.

Another aspect we are overlooking is that for Khabib the most important thing is respect, his father's approval and honor for his people. Those things are hard coded within him. Now he is in Abu Dhabi with all his country men and Muslims coming over to support him and most of all his father by his ring side for the first time in his professional career.
For Khabib its more than a fight its about retaining the honor. Hence he would would be twice as prepared.
