Unfortunately, people who have a past of conning people usually figure out a way to make lemonade from lemons. She'll probably serve a little bit of time and get out early, then sign a book deal or sign to have a movie made from her life story. Sad, but a real possibility.

Probably won't happen unless the FBI freezes her assets now! She'll probably flee to some other country with no extradition treaty.

29 lawyers on the indictment! A village of 20,000 has 29 lawyers? I was on a city council for a 3x bigger city and we had maybe 7 that did work for us including the part timer for the municipal court, and one full time one on staff to help keep everything on the right side of the law.
