"Drama?" This isn't drama. This woman has been running the town like she's the head of a mafia family. Calling it drama is making it seem like this is just some personal squabble. She's robbed the town of almost $10 million in how she's corruptly mismanaged their funds. The town had a 3 million budget surplus and now they're over 7 million in debt. She's had peoples' businesses closed for not donating to her campaign funds. She's spending the city's budget on first class flights and hotels all across the country. On one of these trips, one of her subordinates is accused ofSA after drugging another staff member who worked for her, who Tiffany fired afterward. Some of her critics have even had drive-bys done on their houses, that she is 1000% the culprit of.
This isn't "drama". This is the most blatant political corruption in recent American history.

A Dolton cop couldn't arrest Holmes for what happened in Las Vegas, but he could've called LV police when it happened.
It appears he wasn't aware it was non-consensual until the interview took place back in Dolton with the victim. At that point, he should have contacted authorities in Nevada immediately.

Holmes showed the woman in bed naked and Holmes did some inappropriate things to her… He’s an accessory to the crime.. He should’ve been on the phone with the LV police reporting the crime IN PROGRESS as he was beating the door to Holmes down.

the idea is what? beetlejuice was elected as 'special investigator' (a term they gave her under threat of lawsuit), and the government was like, 'uh oh, guys, lori lightfoot is on the case! we better start doing our jobs and quick!' and within a week conducted a grand jury after hastily gathering six month's worth of investigative work? because a private citizen who was once the worst mayor in america showed up with her contracted 72 billable hours? lol.

Everyone is working hard on exposing that fraud of a mayor and her minions. It shouldn’t be about who gets a trophy, which is another problem within itself. That’s a different topic though.
Awarded for what exactly? What did she say that you didn't know. Everybody has investigated that could investigate. All the people that could make real waves took a look and didn't get in the fight, why, ask yourself. Did she over spend, did she buy to much, did she talk to much, did she hire to many or fire to many, if yes is your answer, great. It's morally wrong, bad and not good for the community, but was it illegal, until the big boys step in one should assume its not. Plus there are things in place to stop wrong, don't assume the Trustees against her is not playing to your distrust of her.

A Dolton Officer cannot arrest the Trustee. He has no jurisdiction because the crime allegedly happened in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas police would have to investigate, issue an arrest warrant and the Trustee would have to be extradited to Las Vegas.
That Dolton Officer should of notified LVPD when he became privy to the info.

The British press have picked up on the story of Dolton earlier this year and I, for one, am gripped on this from the other side of the pond in London, England, United Kingdom 🇬🇧 Tyrant Tiff needs to be locked up and the residents of Dolton need to stop paying Lacey and his goons for her security detail. It is unbelievable the amount of money that has already been settled by the village; at the expense of the taxpayer, for violations by Lacey and his goon squad.

Everyone who voted for Lightfoot (a not bright frog would have been a better choice) to "help" them by "honestly investigating" Henyard for them IS PART OF THE PROBLEM in Dolton. They'll find out, the hard way, and hey, their LESSON will only cost them $400 an hour. They hired Miss Lightfoot because she was a great prosecutor and what made her corrupt was she charged with corruption no she was voted out so where is corruption?
The Dolton officer had no jurisdiction in Nevada. He could not have taken more direct action in that regard. Why didn't he call Vegas police? Because based on the information he had he likely didn't know exactly what happened. Remember...that he got the initial story from the Trustee. At that point he may not have known what really happened for sure. But he at least notified the victim. In a case like this...the victim should be the one making the report. In fact, that is required....the complainant has to call police. An officer in another jurisdiction (out of State) is essentially a witness...and just a security guard for the mayor. His obligation is to be a good witness and come forward...which he did. But he was working for corrupt leaders. For a rookie...he did ok navigating a situation he wasn't trained for.
The fact they hired Lightfoot says everything you need to know. She will eventually get voted out and nothing will happen.

NEVER drink alcohol, in a bar, with a colleague, on a business trip, in a remote city. Didn't she learn anything from "That 70's Show" actor Danny Masterson? Someone is going to put a "date rape" drug in your drink and it'll be VERY difficult to bring the perp to justice. It is better to "just say NO" to alcohol in a situation even remotely like this.
