When Sanchez was with the Eagles, my uncle ran into him a couple of times at a local burger place. My uncle said that Sanchez was one of the nicest, most polite people you could ever meet. And that must've killed my uncle to say that about a USC guy because he's a hardcore Notre Dame fan!

The Butt Fumble had to happen. Those two words were clearly meant to be together, they roll right off the tongue, but there was never a context in which saying them together made any sense. Agreed Tebow is up there, and I would say much more disrespected. Whether Tebow could have continued from 2011 remains unanswered, but he did take the worst team in Football to the divisional in spectacular fasion, he was the first to run and pass for TDs in his first 3 starts, he was the quickest ever to 6 comeback wins, he did match Elway's career 14+ point comeback wins by his 4th start, he did outperform Elway in their respective first 16 games, he did hold the NFL playoff record for yards per attempt, per completion, the most 50+ yard completions in a NFL playoff game, the most 30+ yard completions in a quarter of any NFL game
One, Tebow was not that good, he just landed on a good team. Two, the only reason he's popular is because he's mr uber Christian. Three, he'd rather play minor league baseball than football anymore.

Kyle Orton in his last 16 games went 3-13, went 1-4 under Fox, and Tebow went 7-4 under Fox, set a slew of all time NFL records for both playoffs and regular season. No team had a worse record in the 16 games before Tebow started, and our HC had an even worse record. A GOOD TEAM...... Broncos had the worst record for the past two years before Tebow became the starter in 2011, and Broncos traded away our best receiver and the one responsible for half TTs passing yards up to that point.
Tebow is hated for two reasons - he is not black and he is a brainwashed religious nutcase, but he was one damn fine QB for the Broncos. Elway's first 16 games were not even in the same league as Tebow's.
