The secondary recreation area is accessed through the laundry room, and is ideal as a games area or as a separate media room - and off this space is a large bedroom with vinyl flooring, pot lights, and a double closet.

    An actual kitchen table. A living room that's not in the kitcen,. A traditional "House" house! Thank you! I love the skylight in the kitchen and the nice big laundry. Wonderful house that hasn't been "updated" within an inch of its life. Again...Thank You!❤

    2) There is room for a laundry LOUNGE, which is my dream! And 3) Did you notice the ceiling feature in the downstairs room with the fireplace?

    There is a lot to like about this house. Take down the kitchen wall and put in an island to take advantage of the amazing view. So much could be done.
