  • Lots of beautiful countryside driving. Stopped at Mausoleul Mateiaș (WWI war memorial). Drove through narrow gorges in Piatra Craiului Natural Park. Couldn't resist the cable car ride in Bușteni to the plateau in Bucegi Natural Park.

Amazing. The rocks on the Bucegi plateau are called Sphinx and Old Women (Babele, in Romanian).

that Piatra Craiului is amazingly beautiful. Romania seems to be so beautiful, NO to the Bats! But bring the shaggy dog home for me......

my brother in law opened the cable car door to take pictures of the mountains here. My cousing from the farm was not too excited by that. But my brother in law did those sorts of crazy things.

There was an employee riding with me. Also, I don't think the doors could be opened until they hit a trigger at the station. I do think the windows could have been lowered more, but I didn't think to ask until it was too late.

i saw some of you'r videos, you are very negativist, you highlite more things that you don't like more then things that you like, omg stray dogs, omg parking on sidewalk, omg the city is so expensive , the cablecart is expensive etc. If you decide to visit other coutries , don't compare it to Canada...every country has it's own personality and culture . if there are cars on the sidewalk just walk around them , don't make such a fuss

Sorry, just sharing my opinion. There are a lot of things I liked a great deal, not sure why you are ignoring those?

By the way, I liked the stray dogs... doesn't mean they don't scare me on occasion. I have been bitten more than once.

@@byebry i know Romania has issues , but when i see you highlight some small things like cars parked on sidewalks, stray dogs and old and dirty trains you look like you'r searching for negatives. if there is cars on the sidewalk, go around them, if there are stray dogs don't mind them , if there are very few AC in the buildings know that here is not a thing like in america. i don't like people who come to visit and complaine. If you go to India you surly wil find noise and smell , and crouded cityes, but that is how the'y choose to live , and if you decide to visit you have to take all that in to account
