    I so related to everything Michelle said in this video. I also did brain spotting. I have been in therapy most of my adult life. At 53, I’m finally breaking through. Your book and podcasts have been so helpful!! Thank you thank you!

    I’m 62yo and I’m trying to heal from childhood traumas that overtook my entire adult life, I’m finding your podcast & Books so helpful, I started therapy just 6 months ago, I wish I would’ve started in my 20s. Thank you so much for claryfing in depth and hat Anxiety really is in the body.❤

    Thank you for all this info. I have 2 general questions:
    1) would your course help older adults with unresolved childhood trauma?
    2) if someone has had more than one type of traumatic experiences, could the alarm caused by these be in different places in the body?
