This video is outdated but the process is similar to what we do today in Decontamination. We receive the trays, spread the tray, remove bioburden then place through the washer or ultrasonic then the automated washer.
This video gives s terrible example of PPE and would put any worker at risk with any infection. This place would be shut down by JHACO or any other organization that provides safety and proper cleaning and sterilization for instruments. I highly recommend this video be removed and a new one be reposted for the safety or workers and patients.
someone posted above different countries different rules, it depends if they are on clean or dirty side she is clearly on dirty side as instruments are covered in blood so she should technically be dressed in full PPE along with proper scrubs (no dress) she missing face shield probably boot covers and took her gloves off way too soon also probably could have a 2nd gown on too as we use those to make our either gowns waterproof
Her top looks completely inappropriate for the job. Arms all out, no sleeves. If I was her supervisor I would send her home to change with a verbal warning.

I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone unless you need money badly. The work is horrible n disgusting.

That should go for just about every other sterilising video on you tube - every related video I can see has people dressed in similar clothing.
