There’s no difference.
Two lessons/rules:
1) Don't visit autocrat countries well known for human rights violations.
2) If you choose to disregard rule #1, then you had better make sure you don't break any laws of that country. Check and double check your luggage for any illegal contraband BEFORE entering that country.
3) Don't vote for autocratic candidates and parties in our own country.
4) Biden 2024 🇺🇸
Even if you don't break the laws in Russia as you are American or European you will get arrested and put in prison.
Brittney was innocent but just for an exchange ride she was arrested.
The Americans should do the same with Russian representatives going to the USA, but USA is a democratic country and don't do that!

Uhh, darling, when you are a criminal and have to go to jail for the crime you committed. No where does it say that the Russian government has to treat a USA criminal in their court system any different than their own. When an American who decides that they don't have to go by the laws of the people and regime that are paying you. Griner for the most part wants to talk and act like a man on US soil, just as taking a knee for US flag but wants to be treated like a girl in Russia because they think the prison want be as harsh. Someone recently argued that Griner had a previous criminal conviction in the US, can anyone confirm or deny this, as I argued she didn't and was instead handed probation on a Domestic violence issue.

Nice interview. Brittany is young and has a long life ahead of her. Glad she has a happy marriage and starting a family with wife.
