    been following the build and really love the direction its going.. the steelies are always a good choice.. if it were me id paint them white and give them a little distressed look.. awesome build my man

      Thank you! I was definitely thinking white also! I like the distressed idea for sure. I have an extra steelie, i might mess around with and see what I could do

    Glad that was just an exhaust leak, but figured it was since you just put those headers on. Very surprised the muffler shop didn't catch that?
    Those trans rebuild kits are great and generally correct a lot of issues, especially with hard or delayed shifting. That fluid was nasty but the pan didn't look bad.
    Truck looks great!

      Yeah, definitely should’ve been caught at the exhaust shop for sure! Glad it was only that!!

    There are lights that do that. From a newish Ottawa Yard Tractor , they use everywhere, you can buy direct from Them , or at Truck hardware stores.

    Drop the entire trans valve body and clean it really good. There are little tiny filters and ball stops in there that may have debris gunked up on them.

      If I still have problems will definitely have to do that! Hopefully dont have to tear back into it!! Lol

    Wheels definitely look better! Put a lowering kit on it and that will definitely fix the wheel gap. It’s awesome as it is for a daily driver. I hope your transmission doesn’t slip with the new fluid. I have heard a lot of people say when it’s not serviced and fluid is black sometimes when you put fresh atf in it will start to slip. I hope you don’t have that happen! 🤞🏼

      I heard the same thing about the trans fluid! But since it was kinda acting weird as it was, i figured it was worth a shot!

      Go to the parts store and buy a little red tube of anti shudder and put in. Works wonders! Also, Do you know the offset of the bronco wheels?

    • @FLManGarage
      @FLManGarage  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Bronco wheels are +55 offset, nice for the rear but definitely sit in far in the front

      @FLManGarage I have a 1966 carryall that I put on a 2006 yukon frame but the rear is too wide with the stock wheels.

    • @FLManGarage
      @FLManGarage  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That was the same problem i had, the tahoe rear was way too wide and rubbing!

    Did that take care of the shifting issue. Mine has just over 200k and was doing that a little. It’s not bad yet. I’ll do that stuff before I put the body on if it worked out for you.

    • @FLManGarage
      @FLManGarage  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Ive only did a short test drive so far, it definitely feels better, but i need to do a little more driving before i can really tell if it solved the issues!

  • @terrybigchopzguest

    You have to lower it a little bit

    • @FLManGarage
      @FLManGarage  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I want to, but when i lower the front more it rides realllly rough and also the cross member is getting close to the ground.
      The rear is not adjustable, i may have to look into some sort of coilovers for the rear or air bags perhaps. Was trying to avoid air bags though

  • @tokslut

    Nice job, but why do everything need to be "real quick" ;)

    • @FLManGarage
      @FLManGarage  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Lol! You are so right, i need to stop saying “real quick” and “alright” so much. They are just like filler words for me at this point. Dont even notice it!
