Me aaj hi dekhne gaya tha hame 23 floor ka flat dikhaya sach bolu to amenities bohot achha h entry gate bhi bohot awesome banaya h. Ander jane ke bad luxurious lagta h. but flat ke ander area bohot chota h or kitchen ke waha pe Pani ka tank ka option nhi diya h wo hame khud banana padega. Mene one world me liya h. Ek idea aa jaye ki one me kaisa rahega wo dekhna gaya tha but Maxx ko dekh ke lagta h area chota hi h.... Clubhouse bhi West world se bohot chota h gym area bhi bohot small h. Muje bole ki 4 months pe possession de denge.. mujhe aisa lagta hai har building me kuch Kam kuch jada rehta hai. Apne ko jaisa mile ye to possible nhi koi nhi ab le liya h kuch kar bhi nhi sakte..btw I'm happy to invest in sunteck one world

Now a days all builders are wasting investor money in amenities and rooms are very small. Our requirement is room, which should be big and sufficient to stay there for long time. Amenities should be limited and flat size should be good. Anywaz it was my thought.
