- An update in regards to the Gacha system in Arknights Enfield. Many people thinks its bad and I thought so too. However upon further insight, its actually quite a decent system.

NOW what we thinking chat? Still buns or good?
If they follow OG arknights pattern. All characters except limited banner will go to standard pool.
- Limited banner only happens every 3 months (i.e. 1.0 anniversary, Summer event, 1.5 anniversary, and Chinese New Year).
- Two new rate-up 6* in every limited banner. One is limited, another is non-limited that will join pool after event is done.
- You get 70% chance to get the rate-up 6* during limited banner.
- Past limited character will only reappear in limited banner.
- Limited banner event will come with shop where you can buy current as well as past limited character using 300 pull token. These tokens are obtained by pulling 300 times on the said limited banner.
- Limited event always come with 10+14 free pulls and extra giveaway premium currency that net up to ~10 pulls. So you get around ~30 pulls for free every limited.
PS: Limited characters can range from OP to useless. There are many limited characters that never seen a daylight again, meanwhile some will become a stable unit.
Should add the % of 6 star to 2% like og arknights but they need to release a lot of operators to balance it
If rate-up characters go to pool of this who can lsoe to its good system if all rate-ups are limited then its worse than GI... why? in long run limited chracter is more fomo than GI because you are punished for try be lucky when you do not have 120 pulls, for meta players its not problem but player who like collect characters is limited options. YET another game chager if this system is good or bad is how much rolls we get per patch/banner. If we get more than GI/Wuwa this still can be good.
So its 'we will see' situation... I hope its or more pulls or not all characters are limited when this system is acceptable or even one of the best, but we will see...
"i wish i had pot 6 Mylnar"
- no aknights player ever.
More like "Why tf you keep SPOOOKING MEEE?!?!"
Pot 6 Thorns pissed me so much that I refuse to build him 😂
I do wish to have a pot 6 Yato or pot 6 Ela tho, those 2 are the true limited and also meta. Marcille could never 😂

Tbh the only characters that benefit from pots are fast redeploy units and even then modules solve a lot of their issues but nonetheless I am happy with my pot 6 Texas Alter that I got trying to spark skalter lol.
Wait until tourists find out that hypergryph releases non limiteds that are more broken than limiteds, coz it's gonna blow their minds, and for people who are saying that "Lets see how generous they are in giving away pulls" mind you that these MF's give you like 16-24 free pulls in the span of a limited event, a free 10 pull at the start of an event and lastly gacha currency worth 12 to 20 (if you're lucky) pulls within a duration of an event that's more than enough to guarantee you atleast 1-2 six stars
base is still beta but we can already grind for rocks to convert
The amount of hate on the gacha system had to be from some non misinformed player since they probably haven’t played the original or know how HG operates I’ve been seeing content creators going crazy over the gacha system and I’ve been constantly repeating myself about glad to see others are saying the same stuff.
@@robbiesarkiogluthe problem's root is that a lot of people have Genshin or WW as their first gacha so they only use those as the base comparison even though Endfield is blatantly just using AK's gacha system as it's base.
the problem are enfield have higher quality and need less charas to play so doubt that they'll use same approach like AK by making new chara non limited.
love to be proven wrong tho
@@ywzgbf6873 I think that may be the reason why they made chasing dupes the harder thing?
Since dupe chasing is mostly "unnecessary" and just for flex. That's where whales can throw money at them, there's also the potential of skins since skins are aplenty in AK.
On the weapon banner comparisons, keep in mind that with a 4% rate, the maligned "25%/75%" for the rate-up weapon means the actual rate for that weapon is... 1%. I know it's hard math, but 25% of 4% is 1%. Wuwa who everybody uses as the example for the best weapon banner is 0.8%. Endfield's system still has a better rate for the rate-up, the same 80 pull guarantee, and over time you're going to see 5x as many 6* weapons drop as you'll get in Wuwa's banners.
Imagine if they'd just not worded it like idiots and simply said "1% rate for rate-up weapon. 3% rate for random weapon."
I play Wuwa, I love Wuwa, and I'm fine with how they're doing their weapon banners. But Endfield's is objectively better just by simple math. And when you're better than what people consider to be the best... that kinda makes you the best.
its not even just the rates for me tbh, the fact that you can grind a complete separate currency from a weekly mode for the weapon pulls is awesome
I think Laevatain (aka Surtr) is the most suitable launch day rate-up operator. She's pretty popular in original game for her design, so that'll empty a lot of AK player's wallet on launch day.
One thing to consider as well is that Arknights has always been very generous with the gacha currency distribution at events or even just out of seemingly nowhere. So even if the rates where bad it can still be compensated to be extremely f2p friendly due to the abundance of resources.
But imo the rates aren’t even that bad. The system is surprisingly forgiving due to the higher base chance of getting a 6 star to begin with. Those few extra percent really make a difference.
Also I’m not too sure about the limited character moving into the standard banner. It really depends on how they divide the banner types. For example Leavatine is currently in a LTO banner (Limited target operator). Usually in arknights “limited” does mean it is quite limited. What I mean by that is that the “limited banner” type only comes around every 6 months or so. And therefore Leavatain might not be added to the standard banner pool as a rate off but rather be added in the limited banner pool.
(Edit: seems like Leavatein is NOT limited and LTO is NOT the limited banner type.
Meaning, we will probably get limited banners once the servers go live)
that and the added 5% rate for each subsequent pull after 65 pity is nice
@@KaloCu Yes definitely.
Funny thing is that when I tried to transition form Arknights to hoyo games I couldn’t do it because the gacha system in hoyo game felt horrible to me. The concept of having to pull a character and weapon at 90 hard pity and then also winning/losing a 50/50 was quite the harsh reality to face for someone who was only used to doing like 20-60 pulls to get myself a 6 star in arknights. I guess it is difficult to adapt to a new system.
I really hope a lot of people will still give endfield a try.
The rate up character will be in the standard pull since the next banner is Yvonne rate up banner since we can already get her as a offrate
@@mycatjoe4 It's an average of 34 pulls per 6* in AK and an average of 63 pulls per 5* in Hoyo games. Getting a rate-up in AK is an average of 68 pulls, while with the 50/50 guarantee in Hoyo it's still 95 pulls on average (and lost 50/50s reward you with basically nothing because the non-limited characters suck). In my experience both games (I also am playing HSR and ZZZ) give about the same amount of F2P pulls, but it's not hard to see which one feels more rewarding long-term. (And that's not even accounting for AK never making you feel a need to get dupes or spend pulls on a weapon banner.)
@@mycatjoe4Hoyo games aren’t winning a gacha, it’s trying to win a lottery jackpot LMAO
yeah it is as i said, most ppl judge the gacha without even thinking for a damn second, they see guarantee doesnt carry over its bad, they see weapon has 25% rate up its bad. Ppl really need to think more before judging smth.
Ppl dont think in 2025
Yes. Massmarket gacha players has no brain. Arknights for thinkers
Didn't want to generalize, but I do feel most of the naysayers for the gacha system are people who never played Arknights and they have no idea how HG runs the ingame currency and economy, the various banner systems employed, limiteds, sparks, etc.
they could have googled, but that must be so painful 🤣
120 pulls for a guaranteed of at least 2 (3 at best if RnGodess smiles at you) 6* that includes the banner unit is actually good. Sure it demands planning and spending currency responsibly, but that's how one should play a gacha game anyway , esp for free or dolphin route.
With a bit of speculation and best practices from HG, OG AK has two variants of limited units: the seasonals/alters and the true limiteds from collabs. With the game just starting, Surtr cant belong to the former, and that low drop chance for a 6* compared to ogAK is almost a good indicator that she will go to the standard roster afterwards, not to mention her banner does not have elements similar to the spark system for in-house limited units. And even for true limited units from collabs, they are actually far easier to get than other limited units, as if the devs want you to get a copy since it takes less than half of what it would take to get a guaranteed limited from the spark system (coincidentally, true limited units are guaranteed at 120 pulls in ogAK)
Dupes may give small buffs, but its not like in other games that they become a must, so its more for flexing.
ogAK always had ways for players to get the units they want or missing from their roster for collectors, pretty sure devs would port the lessons they learned there to this one.
Next rate up is Yvorne, Yvorne alraeady on Rate off list pull. that mean Laevatain become rate off pull
sometimes I think that people play gacha games because of GAMBLING, not because of gameplay, story etc etc.
some people although probably very few may but I'm sure majority of us play for the new atmosphere, gameplay, and characters. Characters also being a big reason why we talk about gacha.
If they go the hsr or genshin route and dupes become important then this game is fucked
dupes dont seem that op here
Dupe is not really important like the OG Arknigts. Having several characters with a max pot are the players having a Whale aura 🗿
@@hotairballoon7032 i know but every gacha starts like that and progressively makes dupes busted
But it is still on the company though
No way im pulling for dupes just to get +10% attack
@@JRN99 or 2-3 sec cd
A correction about what you said at 1:56. A lot of games add limited to standard pool (not Hoyo, obviously). Reverse 1999 for example adds all limited character to standard/off-rate just two patches after their release
Just not Gacha RPGs maybe
OG AK allows you to farm prem currency every week and build them in your base. Don't have access to beta and I haven't encountered any leaks yet that they'll include it in AKEF so that's what I'm worried about. I have no issues with the banners just to be clear
imo, the pity system was never meant for F2P players. It was designed for whaler who didn't get the unit after certain amount of pulls.
from what ive seen you get 2800 gacha currency a week just by doing dailies thats 44/ pulls a month, 4k+ weapon currency per week from doing the weekly rouge like, giving you atleast 1- 6 star weapon a month. and thats just doing dailies as f2p.
Don't forget about the base factory. They give you free gacha currency if you process the special mat that was collected
And that worries me, are the devs actually making money at all?
@@jerryjellyshow8193 you'd be surprised. They were able to make concerts, buy venues for their anniversary and game event, do community service, and the list goes on. They don't seem to ever get bankrupt at all. Another is thanks to the dolphins, whales, and leviathans. They give more love to their games and players that they already earned themselves too many note worthy memes
thank you for coming back, alot of people are too used with genshin odds or worse fate grand order odds that when they see something different they already think its bad
my honest say is that like OG arknight. dupe mean nothing to a character power. you get the character already complete without need any add on unlike genshin hsr wuwa where the dupes boost their damage by like 200 or 400%. instead you will get punished for spending on the banner. if you whale on this game you really know what you getting into.
Best gacha you can max your 5 stars characters best for free to play 😍
Ho have you stopped to be the most arknights and Endfield hater now?
@ARKMerry I understand now endfield is awesome game can't wait to play this
@ Welcome to the community
If the featured characters do go into standard after their run then it means that they will totally do true limited characters every certain amount of time like in og arknights. So F2P are better saving for that.
To me everything looks good except the 120 pity not carrying over.
thank youu, other people just be spreading misinformation..
The pity is one thing, the main question is: how many pulls we will get for free per month AFTER we collect all freebies and how much pulls we get via monthly sub and BP?
I believe you get 44 pulls per month for doing dailies and weeklies alone + the currency you get from story, boxes, materials, shop, etc. And there will probably be events on official release to give more, so it's looking good in terms of pull economy
@@pedrohenrique-db3xd So fribies aside we get 44 pulls per month, then we need around 80 more from monthly sub/events to guarantee a character... That could be rough and all depends how much they will give in events then.
What i dont get is this is just an improvement, right? The normal pity carries like in every other game. So its like if you pull in wuwa/genshin/etc for example only that the maximum pull is capped if you have no pity, at 120 instead of 160 or 180 (im not sure rn)
Well, others are scared that they may only just get to 119 pulls before banner ends without getting the rate up character. That's all I heard, personally I don't mind this, just save for the character you want is what I say.
Its, they even solve Weapon Gacha problem with generous way to give Weapon Gacha Pull for F2P
I see many people from other gacha communities freaking out on the gacha for not being what they are used to, whatever
but one concern does have weight, the onetime 120 guarantee,
which the dupes may be insignificant, but it does make it harder for people who want dupes to get dupes
and I may have a theory on why they make it a onetime guarantee, which goes like this:
If it was easy to dupe a character, then people would fully dupe it at an instant, especially the whales and the CCs
and they would have the most powerful character in the game, so how do we make them buy the next character?
you make a character even more powerful, of cause!!
Ahhhh... yes, the powercreep
so what powercreep hurt the most? The small fry f2ps, who can't keep up with it and start dying off,
and the small fry f2ps dying off would in turn, hurt the whales back,
for the whales need small frys to stomp on, to feel good about themselves
without small frys, the whales die off too,
and the game that loses it small frys and it's whales, will soon die with them
So I think, maybe, the onetime 120 guarantee is better, for the game's eco in the whole
dupes being insignificant won't make a max pot operator the most op, so it'll be useless if you go for all pots. You gotta keep in mind their roles and team synergy. Also power creep in og AK wasn't a huge issue even after 5 years, with meta characters only making the game more accessible for newbies. Skill still plays a strong roll and I expect the same in endfield. But even then, old operators in the og have been receiving free modules that once you unlock them make even year one ops decently viable again.
@@deathmarch4192 What dude? Can you not read?
Here I was theorizing about the reason of the onetime 120 guarantee
And here you are explaining how dupes don't matter.
What the purpose of this?
@ "If it was easy to dupe a character, then people would fully dupe it at an instant, especially the whales and the CCs
and they would have the most powerful character in the game," - You.
I was literally replying to your points including power creep... did you not read your own comment?
@@deathmarch4192 Given the same position (same team synergy, playing skills or what not) duped ops WILL outperform their unduped counterpart (mainly in damage numbers or dps)
And whales loves them bigger number, however small the different is. And they take those bigger numbers to stomp on smaller ones and feel good about it
But that is so not the point of the theory,
the point is do you think the onetime 120 guarantee actually helps fight powercreep?
@@jerryjellyshow8193 It's still too early to tell, but I feel like modules in the future would work better. Whales already pull in AK even with weak stat buffs, so I don't think cost will dissuade them. Also, dupes may help a little bit more, but likely not enough to result in a quick power creep. It'll probably be a slow creeping.
Keep in mind that with a 0.8% rate, 120 pulls will be reached BEFORE a second 6-stars most of the time, which means your second 6-stars will be the actual guaranteed rate-up, since you'll reach pity.
To be precise, your chances to get two 6-stars before 120 are about 18%, or below 1 in 5. Since you can still win the coinflip, the chances of you getting cucked drop to 9%, or below 1 in 10.
Meaning that it would take you about 1200 pulls on average to ever "lose" a character you wanted to the second random 50/50. And even then, that character still has fair chances to be good.
I really wanna know how you come to your 18% conclusion, because even if you ignore the soft pity system, it's a 25% chance.
1 - (0.992^120) - (0.992^119*0.008*120) = 0.25
Including pity system it goes up to about 50% (math with soft pity mechanics is pain, so just simulate it)
@@spiritus_noctis I'm no maths guy, I simply let AI run the numbers part.
If I ask the odds of getting a 0.8% outcome twice within 120 pulls (not counting the soft pity since we're talking about the case where you have to get a second 6-stars to get the rate-up, so loss guaranteed in the soft pity), it comes up with 18%.
I'm guessing 18% is the probability to win exactly twice and 25% is the probability to win at least twice. Either way you still roughly divide that by two to weed out cases where the second pull wins the coinflip, and you still end up at around 10%.
@@vvey4523 while trying to get accurate results for this I realized we both made a vital mistake in approaching this problem... Due to the guarantee at 120 pulls, the only case where you don't get two 6stars is when you win the 5050 on your first 6star... And the chance for that is exactly 50%... No math, AI or simulations required (though the simulation my friend did also had 50% as the result)
Just to not let this go to waste, the chance of hitting 2 or more 6stars in 120 pulls (excluding guarantee) is about 54%
@@vvey4523 Interesting stats, but let’s be real: the 0.8% rate applies to each pull on its own. So yeah, you still have a chance to hit that 0.8% three times in a row. Luck is always in play, and nothing's certain. just because a flat earther uses AI does not mean theyre smart.
Ngl I love Endfields gameplay but the 120 garuntee is a bit off putting. Arknights benefits from being one of many games that came out pre Genshin era, and people say Arknights gacha is good but I can't tell you how many videos I've seen of people pulling 150-300 times depending on the banner and only getting the character at the last pull. Enfield shouldn't be the same as Arknights it's should work to make the system better for players.
Personally feel like they should do everything they did in the original Arknights with the 120 garuntee carry over. That way your pulls don't feel wasted and you can still get older banner characters when you inevitably lose the 50/50. It literally only benefits players. I understand the pity carries over but it doesn't do jack shit if you're not garunteed anything, especially considering the fact we still don't know how many rewards we'll get on release and the fact that it can be increased and reduced as Hypergryph see's fit.
Better to have the gacha in order now than wait for release. If Arknights decides to do truly limited banners for anniversaries and whatnot then they should just implement the original system there.
Another point, if you were to get the banner character early the garuntee should be taken away. My only gripe is legitimately just the carry over, other than that everythings perfect.
The only two groups that would be harmed would be
1) Whales (Go figure since its 1 hard pity lol)
2) Game dev since the whale will likely hesitate to whale.
But for gamers? Nope! Dupes just give you a small buff. They are not game-breaking. Arknights never releases game-breaking dupes.
What I'm worrying aren't the gamers or the state of the game. It's the whale and game dev profit.
They don't need to make hard pity hit once... Since it just doesn't make any sense when dupes don't matter. Only whales would hit there so we should be rewarding them not punishing them.
And I may have a theory on why they make it a onetime guarantee, which goes like this:
So essentially the one time guarantee make it harder to get dupes
and if it was easy to dupe a character, then people would fully dupe it at an instant, especially the whales and the CCs
and they would have the most powerful character in the game, so how do we make them buy the next character?
you make the next character even more powerful, of cause!!
Ahhhh... yes, the powercreep
so what powercreep hurt the most? The small fry f2ps, who can't keep up with it and start dying off,
and the small fry f2ps dying off would in turn, hurt the whales back,
for the whales need small frys to stomp on, to feel good about themselves
without small frys, the whales die off too,
and the game that loses it small frys and it's whales, will soon die with them
So I think, maybe, the onetime 120 guarantee is better, for the game's eco in the whole
(let alone it does make it more likely for people to pull on the reruns)
Heeey... Aren't you the dude who studied business or whatever, and are weirdly self-conscious of being called "brain dead"
So what do you think of my theory? like on the business side or whatever.
I'm pretty proud of this one, and I'd hate it if I'm not standing on solid ground
@ I did not comment anything because it's literally just a theory. I have already said now that as of current it's NOT the case. The dupes are doing nothing.
@ I don't build any theory out of something that never existed.
You should check all the games this company makes and cross reference.
1) They also do the same hard pity in original games too.
This results in high revenue only "limited only banners"
Every other banner even if they are broken unit has less revenue.
2) The game right now is 3D. It's a different case if they going to just do the same hard pity.
3) "weirdly self-conscious of being called "brain dead"" is misinformation. You really did not read everything. The first reply was about how Arknights doing marketing and later was about how the budgets of 2D and 3D are not the same. The guy who replies is literally confirmed to be just troll. They don't even want a talk about how to improve anything.
They are just the type who say no to everything.
4) I always type extremely long when I'm serious. This happens to everything. ChatGBT? I don't even need them to generate staff since I would type more than them somehow...
If you read everything there are 3 types of people.
-Just a mindless troll like the one you said thought I was mad. In the end, I wasted my time since he's really just a mindless troll too.
-Someone like you which I don't mind at all. At least there is a conversation.
-Someone who didn't read or watch any video. They suddenly are like I hate the banner system. Everyone who understands these banners sees this as a red flag for the company, not us.
When I said in the comment that it's a company issue clearly? People just said I hate the banner system. Because they don't read everything. It's literally at the final conclusion paragraph most of the time following the English Basic rule...
@ I can even make a summary here that sums up the majority of this gacha rate drama.
1) The gacha was never bad for any of us. I checked the banner and instantly understood it. Why? I play OG Arknights for 2 years... Same banner system and dupes.
Vice versa with KyoStinV one of the veterans of the games. He already makes clear and 3 min videos too in Razor languages.
2) Those who understand the banner have a split.
No changes => But they don't realize this just chase the whales away.
Changes to limitless => This is my side that thinks it's bad for the company's marketing.
3) Those who don't understand the banner would just say it's bad gacha without knowing.
4) The drama baiter comments like the troll I found. They don't want reasons. They are just drama-baiting for fun. It's not the CCs this time. If they don't understand stop the drama bait and just tell them. The only cases when CCs are the drama baiters is when they ignore facts and close all comments. I never see that happen at all...
But instead of being reasoning those guys would just go everywhere that said the banner is bad even if it's reasonable like
"It's bad for whales and company"
This is fact-checked by the veterans too. This part should never be a drama. It's just a debating topic.
Why a regular debates become drama? That's the question I will never get an answer.
Of course this is all speculation. Basically we have to wait for Laevateins banner to leave and Yvonnes to start. Then check the banner list to see if Laevatein is on it.
(Beta lasts a month from what i heard)
Limited banners will likely work so much differently then standard ones with a spark system and everything with 2 6*s and a 5* while also rate up being higher then normal. But thats ONLY if they take the system for og ak.
It looks like they gave away that yes, banner characters will go into the pool after their banner ends. Recent survey that went out has questions about the future Yvonne banner (weird timing since they haven't actually put that banner out yet) and one of the options was whether you liked that you could get still get Laevatain in that banner.
There's Questioner for Beta tester that can be pull a fact that Laevatain will be in Standard Pool
"Theres chance to obtain other 6-star character (Laevatain, etc.)"
What it means? it means HG or Gryphline ask u do you statisfy about New character can be your rate-off
And based on Banner List, Yvone is not count as Standard banner like should be in Beginner Banner but u can literary pull her in Laevatain Banner
The problem lies with people assuming things they don't know. Assuming that the limited characters will go to the standard banner. Take kuro as an example they already had a good gacha system with PGR but they ended up implementing a system that is predatory in WuWa imo.
I mean atleast the weapon system is guaranteed in wuwa
You're the one assuming wrong. Talking about how the "limited will go to standard". Except the banner in the beta test isn't limited at all. Not a single part of it says limited. It is, therefore, standard, like the usual Arknights rate-ups.
@josephgarcia4003 it's also guaranteed in endfield
Wuwa has 80 pulls guaranteed
Endfield have 8th pull (aka 80) and a 50/50 on the 4th
For 80 pulls you would have 2 6* weapons and one of which is the guaranteed
I argue it's better in Endfield rn
@josephgarcia4003weapon currency in AKE is easy to get, almost 20 pulls a week is a lot
Gacha system in Wuthering Waves:
•PGR players: "This is a predatory gacha system!"
•Genshin refugees: "This is a blessing from God"
i dont see that this makes it really better. if the standard character pool works like in other gachas it will be severe more difficult to obtain a specific character, especially out of an ever growing standard pool.
There's something called Shoperator (Operator that sells on Shop)
As u can see, in Beta they already put Beginners Character as Shoperator u can buy with Gold Cert (Currency u get from pulling Character and dupe, and more from Login)
In Arknights, Around 1,5 years character u miss will be in Shop
And Standard banner will Featured 2 character rate up for who missing (Not recommended), and more banner that specifically rate-up
If Standard Banner flooded with too many character (Arknights is 5 y.o so it's too many)
They moved Very Old character to new Standard banner pool that have way better Currency rotation
Literally it's way better system because with Genshin system, it's either u pull 1 Gems (Rate-up) vs pile of Trash (Standard characters)
In AK system, it's either 1 Gems vs pile of gems, gold or trash due to how big is Standard pool as Rate-off
U don't have to go through losing to Qiqi or Lingyang everytime losing 50/50 dude
It won't be more difficult to obtain a specific character, but easier, since it's 120 pulls for guarantee instead of 160. It will also be easier because gold certs straight-up allow you to buy the unit you want.
Losing the 50/50 isn't there to get you "specific" units, it is a loss after all, but it's there to get you random units, hoping they're good. In Hoyo games, losing the 50/50 means you're GUARANTEED an unusable unit. In Arknights, it means you have a very high chance of pulling a good unit. For one simple reason ; the initial standard unit pool is small, but the number of units released months after months is evergrowing, so eventually every single time you lose a 50/50 you're almost guaranteed to get a rate-up, or what hoyo calls a "limited", meaning an actually good character.
The pool being evergrowing is good, because the initial pool is always bad (think Yanqing from HSR), while anything added to the pool is ever so slightly stronger depending on how fast powercreep happens. The more it grows, the less likely you are to pull the worst units. In hoyo games, the chances to get absolute trash are 100% on a losing 50/50. In current Arknights, it's damn near zero.
Putting it into perspective: Eula wanters who haven't had her rerun for so long will be able to get her as spook, or just buy her as shoperator in the future
@@vvey4523 I think you should use another term from evergrowing pool to be honest. More "time period shared pool" or sth. If AK kernel and standard yellow banner didnt happen and they all share the same pool, Im gonna lose my mind getting silverash 10 times in a row even though SA is from 4 years ago vs mylnar the new op.
It will be such a diluted mess like GBF pools with 6 years outdated char in it, glad HG go kernel banner route (GBF is the game who invented spark system, I still hate the grindiness of that game)
@@Dragor33-rg7xj I played most of my time in AK before the kernel pool even existed, I'm not sure what to think of it but yeah, if you take that into account too then the pool just drains itself of its worst units overtime
You'd never get 10 SA's in a row tho
It's still very bad and predatory, especially if you want to get dupes they will milk the shit out of you.
Except you don't need dupes as your average F2P/low spender. All dupes do is give minor stat boosts, so just like OG arknights, getting dupes is entirely optional and it's just whale territory generally.
@@pedrohenrique-db3xd I don't pull on every banner and have saved up currency, when a character that I really like gets released I get it's dupes.. it's not whale territory everyone plays the game as they like.
yup, so make good choices,
Do you REALLY want that dupe, how HARD do you want it, is it worth it to RISK a 50/50 on a 50/50 on a 50/50 on a 50/50 for a dupe.
Now that you made YOUR choices, don't come crying after you lose your 50/50 on a 50/50 on a 50/50 on a 50/50
Cause it is YOUR OWN CHIOCES

What a dumbas* take
Blaming players for making "bad choices" completely ignores the predatory design of the system itself
Saying, "It’s your own choices", is like blaming someone for losing at a game where the odds are stacked against them from the start
The absence of a guarantee for dupes is an intentional design choice to maximize frustration and spending
If it were truly about fair choices, the system would be transparent and balanced, with pity systems or safety nets like many other gacha games implement
But the reality is, the lack of such features isn’t about giving players “freedom", it’s about squeezing as much money as possible from them
So no, it’s not just on the players
It’s on the predatory design that manipulates behavior under the guise of “free will"
Hate me all you want but i already predicted if the gacha doesnt change it will flop hard. Sorry the game is good but too greedy in the gacha design
you want it like Hoyo method? 180 pull for guaranteed and another 180 pull for a weapon?
@yuyuaru do you only play hoyo games? Don't assume gacha revolves around mihoyo
Idk what kind of gacha system they prefer but right now their system sucks especially the pity won't carry over and they only guarantee once. Too greedy there are a lot of great gacha destroyed by bad gacha system and ark endfield will be one if nothing is changed.
@@svm6916man imagine that endfield gonna flop for using an upgraded gacha system that is already tried and tested by AK for 4 years(going to be 5 this year) surely it'll flop since AK clearly flopped

@@Xedllin sure bud if thats what u believe, i already said my statement after 3 months of official release come back here let's see who's right and wrong
@@svm6916 just don't move the goal post when the meaning of "flop so hard" don't fit your prerogative after the 3 months you are claiming.
