Hi Blissians! Many thanks for your comments. I'm reading them all! It seems that I chose your least favourite video of her. I have collected, among the comments, a few suggestions. I'm dropping the list here. Please let me know if I missed anything 😊 1. Ghost Love Score by Nightwish 2. ‘Energize me’; 3. Monolith of Doubt’ 4. Dreamflight’. 5. Misery’s no Crime’, 6. ‘Wild card’ 7. Disdain’. 8. Yours is an Empty Hope 9. Phantom of the Opera
As I said in my comment there are so many Floor/Nightwish/After Forever songs that we could suggest and it is certainly a rabbit hole you may never get out of once you enter lol. I would just make some suggestions though, for certain songs particular versions are considered best by Nightwish fans. For instance for Ghost Love Score the favoured version is Wacken 2013 and Yours is an Empty Hope the best version is considered to be Wembley 2015 and the cruise version is a no-no as it isn't considered a good version. Nightwish fans are very loyal and as long as you respect them and the band they will be as loyal to you as well. Once you do a Nightwish reaction look out for Gabriel in the comments as he will show up and give you all the info and help you will need. Also a good idea for a back-to-back reaction would be Phantom of the Opera with Nightwish's original lead singer Tarja (there have been 3 lead singer in Nightwish) and then Floor's version, either off of Beste Zangers or Live solo or with Nightwish (all versions are on YT). I would leave links but your page doesn't allow me to. Hope you enjoy the journey.
You can also add her hard rock album: NORTHWARD - While Love Died (OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO) And the pop album he released last year: Floor Jansen - My Paragon (Official Video)
A very well observed reaction. You have only scratched the surface of what Floor can do. From Opera to heavy metal growling and anything in between. Floor is the lead singer of symphonic metal band Nightwish. Please react to Ghost Love Score live from Waken 2013 to hear the other side of Floor. You won’t be disappointed.
When you want to go further on the path of our 1.83m (6ft.+) tall Dutch Valkyrie Queen Floor Jansen, here is some background information on the best and most versitale female singer of our time. Floor joined the band 'After Forever' in 1997 at the age of 16. Here are some of my favourites: ‘Energize me’; Monolith of Doubt’ and Dreamflight’. Floor attended the then new Rock Academy in 1999 and graduated in 2003. She also studied 2 years at the Conservatory (1 year Music Theatre and 1 year Opera). 'After Forever' disbanded in 2009 and Floor started her own band 'Revamp' from scratch. Here she experimented with different vocal styles within one song from full operatic to death growls in seconds. Here are some examples: ‘Misery’s no Crime’, ‘Wild card’ and ‘Disdain’. Besides managing a band on her own she also did a lot of vocal coaching and as she is a perfectionist, she wants to do everything at 100%+. Eventually she had to pay the price and got a burnout. She had just recovered when end of september 2012 the call came from the Symphonic Metal band Nightwish to fill in for the remainder of the North American Tour at first as their second singer Annette got ill. Floor had just 48 hours to learn the whole setlist. There is a documentary made of this world tour: ‘Please learn the setlist in 48 hours’ Floor joined Nightwish after this iconic Wacken concert in 2013 as permanent member of the band. Floor continued to perform with 'Revamp’ also, but it was clear that she could not combine the two for much longer, so 'Revamp' disbanded in 2016. Floor did a side project called 'Northward' where she dived into the Hard Rock scene. The song 'While Love Died is a must see. Her stunning performances on the Dutch TV show 'Beste Zangers 2019' gave her at last some more recognition in her home country where she was relatively unknown until then. There are numerous guest appearances with other bands to find on TH-cam. To see how to get a crowd of metalheads silenced and in awe watch her featuring with the band 'Epica' and the song 'Stabat Mater Dolorosa’ and to see her in full opera mode, watch her rendition of 'O Mio Babbino Caro' from Puccini. As live concerts were cancelled and home isolation due to the Covid situation, Floor discovered TH-cam in these years. Mindblowing covers, chats with her idols and other singers, vocal masterclasses, personal insights and so much more. She even made a video reacting to herself singing Ghost Love Score at Wacken. Lots of technical info and some memories of her starting with Nightwish. Also her Fan Friday videos are hilarious. Just unpack some of these and other presents she left on her channel. Also videos of her solotour she did with songs of her impressive career. Her latest endeavour is her stunning solo album ‘My Paragon. Floor is a high sensitive person, so peace and quiet is as important for her. Living by the woods in Sweden with her husband Hannes Van Dahl (drummer of the band Sabaton), daughters Freja (turns 7 years next march) and Lucy (born last october) ,a couple of horses, dogs and cats, she found this.
I'm no vocal expert but I have observed and listened to Floor for decades and she is a master at keeping it low key, by her high standards, at the start and spoiling us all by the end.
Im this case its however also the original from Lara Fabian. I remember when somebody else first thought Laras version isn't that great, and then was blown away at the end.
she is just being funny. If she knew who Floor was, and that she sings for 100.000 people, big tours does with Nightwish....she would be a little quiet😂
1) Floor was once asked in an interview (sorry I can't find the link) what it took to be a great singer, and if it was just training or if anyone could do it, and she said that you just HAVE to have a good natural tone to start. 2) As a pro yourself and also re your comments here on the mix, you know that proper recording and equipment is a MUST to accurately judge a singer. Fortunately the most popularly requested videos of Floor DO tend to be well done, but one that stands out is the Dutch TV show, "Beste Zangers", on AVROTROS. This was a setup entirely designed to highlight the singers voice, and the backing instrumentals and soundstage came out very well. One of Floor's strongest suits is ability to range across different genres, so she sings a number of different styles in the show to show it off: pick whichever style you think you would enjoy most: opera: "Vilja-Lied" // musical theatre: "Phantom of the Opera" (note: this video, with Dutch tenor Henk Poort, currently has over 23 million views and 14,000 comments) // commercial: cover of "Shallow", by Lady GaGa // country: "I Don't Know a Thing About Love" // Spanish belting: "Que Si Siente" (in Spanish) // contemporary emotional: "Winner" (in English) // "Mama" (in Dutch). Floor speaks 5 languages: English, Dutch, Swedish (married a Swede and currently lives in Sweden); Finnish (Nightwish is a Finnish band), and German (which she recently refreshed to participate in the German singing version of "Beste Zangers", entitled "Sing Meinen Song"), and can sing in Spanish. Other good choices for Floor you will find from the Wacken 2013 concert as suggested by other commenters here (I won't repeat all their stuff). GOOD LUCK! HAVE FUN!!
Great comment. Here's some more re: BZ19 (fyi for BMA). If BMA wants to do herself (and the viewers) a very big favour, she'll check out the versions that are English subbed and include the before/after banter between the participating singers. Adds a ton of fun & context. All of Floor's performances on Beste Zangers are to be found on the channel "Floor op TV", --> playlist "Beste Zangers 2019". Besides Floor's performances, there's at least one by another singer that deserves special mention, which is Emma Heesters singing to Floor. The song is called "Strong" and it was written by Floor for her mother who suffers from a painful chronic illness (RA). Cheers from Amsterdam!
Floor is a great singer and I strongly suggest you react to her singing in the band she is lead singer of, the Symphonic Metal band Nightwish. Songs like the one everyone tends to start with, Ghost Love Score (it is a good show of her range), Yours is a Empty Hope (one of the most heaviest and has Floor growling), Phantom of the Opera (shows her in her higher range and that top end note is to die for), Romanticide (the slide at the end is breathtaking), her solo songs Let It Go cover (which she did for her daughter during lockdown) and My Paragon. There are so many more I could name like the epic songs The Greatest Show on Earth and The Poet and the Pendulum but that is enough to get you started.
@@blissmusicacademy No problem, hope you enjoy the ride. :). As I say I could name another 20+ easily but might throw some more in the mix as you get to know Floor and the bands she has been in. I would say the 2 songs The Poet and the Pendulum and Greatest Show on Earth are songs to do when you know more about Nightwish. Especially Poet and the Pendulum as there is a bit of lore behind the song and meaning.
@@blissmusicacademy Adding to that if you want to watch some of her stuff outside of Nightwish/After Forever/Revamp listen to her Beste Zangers and solo stuff.
ugh, She is reacing to a home recorded cover from Floor. Everything Floor does is with a purpose and she colors her voice in so many different ways during 1 song. It's quiet funny to be honest, since Floor is known to be the best and most diverse singer of this time😂

The way that Floor handled the longing in her voice fits the lyrical message. The music has that breathy tone to it. It then gravitates to more expression in both the lyrica and the music. Floor is good at knowing when to lay low and serve the song and she creates colors and contrast with dynamics.
hello, i don't know where you pick this video, but , yes, this is the 1° time i hear the instrumental so powerful. and now you have to react on the original, Lara Fabian, from her concert " from Lara with love "
well you should listen to 'shallow' or 'alone', 2 covers she did during the covid pandemic for her fans. And any song from Nightwish where she is the leading singer, I recommend 'How is the heart' acoustic version from planet rock; you will be delighted ... Have Fun 🐺🤘
Agreed on the mix with dominating guitars that leave less space for her voice. But added to that might come a difference in taste. Floor likes to approach some of her most impressive songs to build up from airy, frail/fragile singing tot huge belts in the second half of the song. In fact, I don't know any pro singers who dare take so much risk as Floor does in live performances, starting so tender, in the meantime risking tone quality. She's a vocal nerd and can take lots of different approaches but still chooses this path because she thinks it fitting to the emotion she wants to convey.
Praw! Always watch Floor's eyes! If she switches to gazing in the distance, goddess mode on! You can see that in many performances, like Elvenjig/Elvenpath Buenos Aires 2018 and I can watch that all day.
In the words of a famous music judge on American Idol "it was just kinda arright dogggg". She is a force of nature on stage with Nightwish, and this song by Lara Fabian, who wrote the lyrics, or Dimash will completely knock your socks off. It is unlikely that this version will make the playlist, but they can't all be epically life changing.
Fabian Troll Farm defunct? Where's Paulo (and his buddy Eric). This is just an in between for Floor, recorded at her home studio during lockdown as a fan service of sorts. Would've loved it if she'd done at least one live version, just to calm down the aforementioned trolls 😁 Cheers!
Hi Nightwish Army from the Netherlands precent floor Jansen is the lead singer of Nightwish if you want to see here on their best start with l gost love score its the start of af a really nice trip gr Patrick
Oh boy/girl,this is truly a big rabbithole you have to do,i will tell you this to make something clear.Floor is a "finisher" ,wich means that most or a lot of songs she does, have very great build ups and she shines at that particulair part. "Ghost love score" Nightwish 2013 Wacken, is one of the ultimate exsamples for that. Floor was not welknown in her home country, the Netherlands, but, the Dutch tv show "beste zangers" in 2019,changed that instantly. If you want mastery singing at work, you have to look at this show in 2019,she is a very versatile singer. Personnelly, i think that adagio is not very representative for her,but this was done in the covid period ,where she treated us with lot's of different songs. Floor started with singing in a band at the age of 16 in 1996/97,and dispite she was not welknown in her home country, lot's of people in the metal realm, knew who she was. For many ,she is regarded as one of the most versatile singers of our time, and for GOOD reasons.😉🤘 Greetings from Spain.
Hello Bliss, Thanks for this action. She is one of the very best singers at the moment on this planet. Personally i think this is not one of her best. However. she is called the Goddess Valkyrie queen of Nightwish. So be prepared: The Nightwish army will come after you for many other reactions.
Floor is the Valkerie Queen and frontlady from the Symphonic METAL band "Nightwish". she can sing from opera to deathgrowls. try the song "Ghost love score" and enter a rabbithole filled with beautiful music. you wont regret it. greets from the Nightwish Army in the Netherlands.
Another Dutch gem: Simone Simons, from Epica, they have a couple of collabs: Sancta Terra and Stabat Matter Dolorosa, if you haven't watch those yet, I highly suggest them :)
Your reaction is typical of the modern consumer: you want to be blasted from the beginning. However, what Floor does is called the art of Storytelling: begin soft to draw the listener in, and only then blast them with your power. It is an old art that takes some power of suspension and arc of attention. Something that is not given to modern people who are accustomed to immediate gratification. Floor is a true Master at it.
Definitely recommend check out Floor in her "day job " in Nightwish. Recommend their most longest and epic tracks: Ghost Love Score, (live Wacken 2013), Poet and the Pendelum, (live Wembley 2015), The Greatest Shown on Earth,(live Wembley 2012 or Tampere 2015). These songs you see Floors versality and vocal range.
Floor recorded this from her home studio during covid lock down with her husband Hannes Van Dahl, the drummer for Sabaton, so thats why the mix is not quite what you would expect from a big studio production. None the less, Floor's incredible vocals once again win the day by the end and you simply forget about the mix .......
@@pekkakarppinen1608 😂Every single song from Adagio with Floor he shows up, so I believe you. But I'm late to this party and I don't scroll down to the end at every reacton.
@@roostj You can count on me. In general we Finns are very reliable. Time has softened Paulo a little, but still we don't see him anywhere else than Floor's "Adagio" -covers. Wellwell, some of us have a thing called life, like family, friends, work, pleasant hobbies etc. Paulo has this.
Bonjour! Cette reprise de Lara Fabian ne va pas à sa hauteur dans l'interprétation, sans pour autant démériter. Mais en comparaison, la version de Dimash (en 2017) est tout simplement magistrale, époustouflante !!! Amicalement de France
Sometimes one should get to know a little more of a singer's body of work before commenting on one song. You will find out i think that Floor is a DEEP rabbit hole of talent, .... a vocal beast that is not limited by her abilitys. Everything Floor does is intentional. She is, in millions of peoples opinion, the greatest female vocalist alive. Start with anything and everything from the Wacken 2013 live concert recoreded in DVD. Ghost Love Score, Storytime, Everdream, Song of Myself, Romanticide, etc ....... Then your just begining to scratch the surface of this gorgeous soprano's vocals. Decades of big stage experience, a vocal coach herself, and mother of two, ..... She is truly remarkable.
I'm glad that you have at last visited Floor and heard just a fraction of what she is capable. She is also a vocal coach with the ability to sing anything from opera, O Mio Babbino Caro for example to full death growls with one of her earlier bands ReVamp performing Disdain, Wild Card and especially Misery's No Crime. For something more middle of the road it's worth listening to her solo performance of Lady Gaga's Shallow on the Dutch TV show Beste Zangers.
Yeah, not a big fan of backing track or the mix. Instrumentation should have started out soft and swelled with Floors vocal (IMHO). That said, you can explore more of Floors extreme talent (adored by millions) through her performances as the lead singer of Nightwish (beginning with the 2013 Wacken concert), and her appearance on the Dutch TV Series, “Beste Zangers” 2019 season. Floors catalog of performances is huge, and well documented by TH-cam videos.
Unbelievable i find a vocal coach who never reacted to Floor before. React to more Floor with and without Nightwish, its all mindblowing for new listeners. Get ready for the ride of your life.
Great reaction! I agree with your comments about the mix drowning out Floor's vovals in the begining. I'm surprised she didn't growl at the orchestra leader and just power her way through the distraction. As the lead singer of the Symphonic Metal band Nightwish, she has a truely amazing and powerful voice. You'll get lots of suggestions on what to listen to next.
hahaha...this was so funny how you started to correct her. She is the BEST female vocalist in contempory music of this time. Everything she does is with a purpose. Her range is incredable, reaching a 6C flat, singing operatic, rock, metal ...she can sound like an angel and growl like a demon. You should listen to Nightwish (her band) wacken live "ghost love score" "Storytime""romantide" AND definatly "Shoemaker" (Eugene Shoemaker tribute) where she goes fulll blow opera at the end. This was funny😂 You are the first vocal coach who is "correcting"her Btw, this is just recorded at her home and videographed by her husband (drummer Sabaton) 😉 No fancy samplings and producers
Ahem, little correction: Floor's range goes up to a powerfull and comfortable D6 that she can hold for 8 to 12 seconds, and even F6 in slides such as in Romanticide...
I know that everyone has their own opinion but I'm afraid that I like the way Floor did the song much more than the way you described what you would like, again, different opinions, but I really like the soft start and the continual build to that amazing belting at the end. Now we both agree that the mixing sucks and I believe there are some much better versions of this, but vocally I wouldn't want a thing to change as to hear the same thing throughout the song would not hold my interest in the song as well as what Floor actually does. Now, this was done in her home studio at the beginning of COVID with soundtracks made by friends, such as her husband's band mate, Tommy Johansson among others. As with anything, practice makes perfect and the rest of the covers she made at home during lockdown were mixed so much better. There is a ton of music out there with Floor, especially with her singing for the group Nightwish, and you could probably spend at least a week listening to one song after another to get through her amazing catalog. She is my favorite singer still performing today, male or female. Now, my favorite singer of all time is Linda Ronstadt who no longer performs because of her illness. But like Floor, she had a unique voice and was also most versatile and sung many different genres and did all of them well. Floor does the same. Classical Arias, Operetta, Pop, Rock, Metal, Folk, Musical Theater and whatever she chooses it always is amazing. She's a trained vocalist and has in the past also been a vocal teacher. She has been a professional singer since age 16 and she's now 42. I suggest you listen to her and Henk Poort on the Dutch TV show Beste Zangers (it's on TH-cam) do The Phantom of The Opera. Anyway, keep up what you're doing and have a great day.
Floor likes to surprise people towards the end of a song, when she finally puts her cards on the table and delivers something that makes the difference between a good singer and the goddess of metal.
Please listen to Dimash's version. Even if you don't present it on your channel you really should give it a listen. Listen to the one from China called Singer, a talent show.
Damn, another Floor- adagio reaction , now be ready for Paulo the Troll 😂😂😂😂he gonna say Floor is a karaoke singer and bla bla bla, bla bla bla and more bla bla bla 😂😂😂😂😂
@@jukkap.5722 hahaha, well, when you write the lyrics, you are the author of the song, poem or books, the song is a musical adaptation from Albinoni G-minor and for more precision,,,The song Adagio was written by Lara Fabian, Rick Allison, Dave Pickell, Remo Giazotto and was first released by Lara Fabian in 1999 Sony-Columbia records
@@robertsirois8341 i dont give a shit..she just made the lyrics...Albinoni wrote the music..and to me...the music is the important part..not frigging lyrics...or should we ignore all the stuff from Mozart and Bach and all the other great composers just because no-one did lyrics?
and now do dimash's version... from 2017! where on earth have you been? (no offense...) you have no idea what's coming in this new journey, and there's nothing you can do to prepare yourself, trust me (he just released a duet with placido domingo)
You have a crappy version of this song/performance. I have listened dozen times a version, where you can from the start hear clearly the words and Floors singing - from this version I cannot make any sense of words or the voice - just search YT for this song and you find multiple versions of this - this that you listen in this video is total crap and ruined sound! Like someone has recorded this with mobile phone from the Television..Based on this, you have no idea of how super great singer Floor Jansen is!
Unfortunately, this is not the original source. This is an attempt to imitate Dimash, as he was the first to sing this version of the song. Not a very accurate copy of his intonation and vocal techniques. I recommend you to listen to his performance on the Chinese show "Singer". You will be pleasantly surprised!
1- Dimash is a gifted being 2- you speak in your ignorance. 3- Flor Jansen has had this style of singing for decades, she is one of the most versatile singers that has existed for a long time.
🇨🇦 While Floor does a marvelous job singing this song, it is a cover ! It is really not a patch on the original, written and performed by Lara Fabian ! Sorry !
Bloke, you should make the effort to get your facts right. ms Fabian's version is also a cover (!), of the original piece by Albinoni... (mrs Fabian wrote lyrics to his music). Furthermore which is better is a matter of taste! Many old fans of mrs Fabian have a hard time accepting Floor's version because it sounds so different. I heard it first from Floor and I prefer that version, although mrs Fabians version is very beautifull it is too dampened and demure for me. I really love the power that Floor gives it especially in the last crescendo. For me that lifts it above mrs Fabians version.
This singer did a pretty cover, without worrying too much about getting the notes right, but it was a decent effort. I believe that it is not the style of music that this singer is used to sing, but the goal was not that it was good, but to have a little fun. Anyone who knows the original music of Mrs Lara Fabian, especially live can see where this singer went to get inspiration, it is an almost exact copy of Mrs Lara's way of singing but obviously without the same level of competence and quality. But as I said the goal of this singer would be to have a little fun. Was this recorded at a karaoke bar?
You are right that this isn't her normal everyday song style because this song is pretty tame for the normal songs she sings 😜She is Classically, Opera trained (she has OCD about her singing so the notes are correct or else she wouldn't put this video out) and is in a metal band called Nightwish (definitely worth checking out) This was recorded in her home studio with the best mic on the market and her husband (drummer for Sabaton) made the music levels too high which does impact the overall song but Floor still rocks it.
Hey mister Ferreira, I was afraid that you wouldn't make it.... I see that you have pasted your little standard diatribe which you copy into every reaction to Floor's adagio. 🤡🤡
@@rientsdijkstra4266 You're mistaken.. This was very diferent from the last one.. It gets to a point where it's difficult for me to find new words for the same reaction, but to please my growing group of fans, I'm going to try to say the same thing but with different words, hoping they're to your liking.
Bro, Floor Jansen is 1000x the singer that mrs Fabian is. mrs Fabian has a beautifull sound (it is true) but she also always has the SAME sound. Floor Jansen, however, can do everything that mrs Fabian can not do. Floor can do everything from deep death growls, directly to powerfull opera singing, beautifull pure celtic / folky voices, deep chest voices, mixed voices, powerfull belting, all combined with distortion or vocal fry at will, use of twang, poppy voices, raspy rock voices, eeery quarter tones, etc. etc. Compared to Floor mrs Fabian is a boring one-trick pony!
I love Floor as a person and as an artist with all my heart and would always defend her... among other things, because she respects every human being. So please have a little more respect as well.
Unfortunately, I don't think this is good. The Adagio is first of all a wonderful and deep dialogue between two personalities, male and feminine, with a distinct separation of personalities. The two different beings here sing their story in which they long to meet. But here? This interpretation just sounds like a simple song. All the depth that other singers can convey has disappeared here. ...like going at a butterfly with a hammer. That's just Floor. It's good in metal, but not here.
I agree, not very representative for Floor and besides that,Lara Fabian's performance of this song is phenominal. Floor really shines if she does things live, there, you can see and feel the passion for what she does, the most.🤘

you are wrong. she should NOT from the beginning bring her strong voice out, because that just led to a shitty buildup - what only bad and average good singes do. Floor is also a master of doing buildups (plus coloring, details to every note etc.). Floor is a better singer than Lara (and she is already extraordinary), because she has a more versatile instrument and is even more of a voice geek. Apart from that both, Floor and Lara Fabienne share a lot, for instance a great musicality (what Dimash for instance lacks off like hell), buildup, sense how to sing it iconic, coloring (again, Floor has here a bit more abilities but Lara uses her instrument as good as possible) etc.

You can't go wrong with Floor and Nightwish! Actually, it doesn't matter what songs you choose, it will definitely be the right ones.

There is a documentary made of this world tour: ‘Please learn the setlist in 48 hours’
Floor joined Nightwish after this iconic Wacken concert in 2013 as permanent member of the band.
Ghost love score live at Wacken 2013 , you'll see her singing another level up.
Floor knows exactly what she is doing, it certainly has a purpose to start the way she did, so that the builtup is even more expressive.
Floor sing feelings. With a awesome Voice
Hi, Thank you! This is the most thorough recommendation of her repertoire I have received so far! Definitely I will have a look!

No voice hits me like Floor´s does... she really is something special.
The way that Floor handled the longing in her voice fits the lyrical message. The music has that breathy tone to it. It then gravitates to more expression in both the lyrica and the music. Floor is good at knowing when to lay low and serve the song and she creates colors and contrast with dynamics.
Hello, lara fabian version original.
Concert lara from love 2000 live
Nice reaction. Can you react to Dimash - SOS Slavic Bazaar, and Dimash - Stranger
(New Wave/ 2021) and you will love Dimash - Ave Maria 2021. Thanks.
.. The Goddess herself. The Unicorn, the gift to mankind, the most magical creature in this solar system (at least).
Floor Jansen is probably one of the top 5 vocalists in today's world. Thank you for reaction 🤟
hello, i don't know where you pick this video, but , yes, this is the 1° time i hear the instrumental so powerful. and now you have to react on the original, Lara Fabian, from her concert " from Lara with love "
well you should listen to 'shallow' or 'alone', 2 covers she did during the covid pandemic for her fans.
Floor Jansen the Valkyrie Queen of Metal.
She is the frontwoman of Nightwish.
Of all the artists you have reacted to so far Floor is top of the pile. You will find this out as you continue to listen to her.
Praw! Always watch Floor's eyes! If she switches to gazing in the distance, goddess mode on! You can see that in many performances, like Elvenjig/Elvenpath Buenos Aires 2018 and I can watch that all day.
You must listen " Adagio " Dimash Kudaibergen version competition in china ....

@@PauloBono1978 And no comment, like "Floor is a karaoke Singer ". Come on.
Floor, you're just getting started on this rabbit hole.

Check out Floor as lead singer of the band Nightwish. A good song to start with is Ghost Love Score live at Wacken 2013.
I can only agree with you 100%.
I agree the vocal should up a little in the mix. However, Floor is holding back on purpose. The slow build and emotion of the story of the song.
LARA Fabian "Adagio" live 2000 (from Lara with love) is much better, check out please. Thanks 💐

Bonjour! Cette reprise de Lara Fabian ne va pas à sa hauteur dans l'interprétation, sans pour autant démériter. Mais en comparaison, la version de Dimash (en 2017) est tout simplement magistrale, époustouflante !!! Amicalement de France

Waiting for your Nightwish Reactions
❤❤❤
Wonderful Floor 👏👏👏
You must watch Lara’s and Dimash’s versions
Unbelievable i find a vocal coach who never reacted to Floor before.
React to more Floor with and without Nightwish, its all mindblowing for new listeners. Get ready for the ride of your life.
You've opened Pandora's Box. 😂😂😂🎉❤
Vocal Coach vs Vocal Coach - you could have interesting cafe discussions...
Bello!!!!
Besides the obvious suggestions, I would add How's The Heart acoustic and Devil And The Deep Dark Ocean live
hahaha...this was so funny how you started to correct her.
This was funny😂 You are the first vocal coach who is "correcting"her
Btw, this is just recorded at her home and videographed by her husband (drummer Sabaton) 😉 No fancy samplings and producers
This is a homemade version and Floor will never sing a cover but her own rendition

4- Dimash is not the original singer
I agree. This was one of her least favourable home made products. Still, very good. But the others are better.
For me that lifts it above mrs Fabians version.
be patience she is building
And you call yourself a vocal coach 😂
Let me know if you have any tips! Don't forget to subscribe if you are not convinced yet!
You are right that this isn't her normal everyday song style because this song is pretty tame for the normal songs she sings 😜She is Classically, Opera trained (she has OCD about her singing so the notes are correct or else she wouldn't put this video out) and is in a metal band called Nightwish (definitely worth checking out)
This was recorded in her home studio with the best mic on the market and her husband (drummer for Sabaton) made the music levels too high which does impact the overall song but Floor still rocks it.

It's good in metal, but not here.

you are wrong. she should NOT from the beginning bring her strong voice out, because that just led to a shitty buildup - what only bad and average good singes do.
