    What I like about the working of the Tonfa is its flexibility for sure... the short bits can be used for forward thrusts dealing more damage then just punching someone as well as not damage your hands when doing so. The long bits can be used defensively when placed outward, but can also be used to extend reach and mostly be used for sweeping attacks.

    Super video!!! I train a bit almost everyday and now I start to become much better with it! it is an amazing, absolutely deadly weapon.

    Hey Nora I was curios to know the length of your Tonfa in inches also for the grip.

      I have to measure it. The important thing is when you buy a tonfa is to make sure that it will be longer than your elbow.
