Great video. I must ask about the Ivermectin. 1cc per 50lbs seems too light of a dose from what ive read. What strength Ivermectin are you using? How did you come up with 1cc per 50lbs? Thank you.
I just come across this and is very informative but one thing I learned is the paste selenium only last for 36 hrs as the injectable selenium last for up to 25 to 30 days .this is given to pregnant mothers a month before birth

Is the oral dosing of ivermectin not a lot different than the injectable? Seems like you did double the injectable for cattle. Shouldn't a goat get double the oral dose?
Great information. I only have chickens so far. I’ll have to work my way up to goats, all of the different minerals and meds are a bit intimidating. You make it look easy! 💚
I am in desperate Nd of help , my goat is year old , diarrhea started and usually it’s just Bc she ate something that wasn’t gd for her but after 3 days we went to vet ,checked fecal .. all clear .. she had a knot on side and they lanced but I saw nothing drain and with flushing next day nothing .. I’m not completely ignorant what to expect of normal infection pocket draining but this has nothing come out , even when pressing as flushing .. or after the lancing .. well she had shot for diarrhea which didn’t help much, antibioticshot . Back to vet week later , more antibiotic shot and some probiotics.. still diarrhea persisted..after another week it stopped .. now she is scouring again , I Nd help.. cr Maybe the reason but can’t vaccinate after they get it is what I am told :( I am in desperate need of help! Anyone with any advice is appreciated

I trim hoofs when I work mine and red spray paint one horn to keep count

I have never done a pour on ivermectin. I only have done it orally in the goats.
