Actually, she was kidnapped once. She went to Matthew's cottage, looking for David. When he came home/found her in his cottage, Matthew held her hostage, until Liz came to the cottage. He wanted to kill Vicky, but Liz stopped him. He ran away, from the cottage. He didn't kidnap Vicky, until he found her, in the old house.
Burke is the only one with the brains to do something to find vicky. Its like pulling teeth to make Elizabeth understand that Mathew might have her.😮😢😮😢
I really want to watch DS from the very beginning to get the full spectrum of the series. I've only seen the episodes from April '67 (right before I turned 10) to the last ones in 1971.
Good thing Joe was hanging up his Jacket. He overlooked Vicki's suitcase until Elizabeth identified it. If Carolyn is going to act bratty to her Mom in front Burke and Joe she needs to be ordered to go to her room.
It seems kinda weird to have Matthew kidnap Vicki twice ...
