They are almost completely gone from Missouri. They are found in only remnant prairies. They can be found mostly in Kansas, Nebraska, and North and South Dakota. In Missouri, they can be seen in Dunn Ranch in the Northwestern most part of the state. Maybe there might be a few in Prairie State Park.
