The "i'd do it again" Part in the beginning broke my heart literally. Im also in class of 2020 and im actually soo sad that there is no proper ending of such a big Part of our lives. I would have cherished the time waaay more if i knew how its gonna end

Cole and I are two very different people. He’s social and outgoing and friendly and he had fun. I was the smart kid. At the beginning he said he wished he worked harder and focused and did better but more importantly he said he wished he had more fun and got in more trouble and made more memories. Coming from someone who did the former, I wish I had don’t the latter. I don’t have any fun videos. I don’t have very many pictures. I didn’t make very many memories. I made good grades. But I’d give all of that up to have half the memories that were in this video. To anyone going into high school let me be the lesson. Have fun. Do your work. Study for sure. But have fun. Make memories. You’ll regret it if you don’t. I know I do. Thank you for this video Cole. It’s good to see people having the high school life I wish I did

i was thinking the exact same thing! i spent all of high school studying. I didn't even have big dreams of getting into a super good college. everyone kept telling me I had to study hard and have good grades, to get into a good college. so thats all i did, study. looking back that's basically all i knew. i started hanging out after school with people during the last 2 months of senior year and my parents were confused as to why i was leaving the house when i hadn't been going to hang out with people before. i wish i reached out to people more, made more connections and just had fun. but im really glad he did and has the vlog to look back at his memories.

I couldn’t have said it better. My only focus in high school was my grades. I don’t have any friends, I only went to 3 of 6 dances, was not going to senior prom, and haven’t went over to someone’s house in two years. To anyone starting high school, balance academics and friends. Make memories, have fun, go to parties. Don’t stress about every test, they won’t change your life. Having a perfect 4.0 does not equal having a perfect life. Don’t end up regretting those 4 years and feel like they were a waste. Live in every moment and treat people kindly.

My sister is also a senior and seeing all these videos on youtube makes me feel so bad. 2020 really robbed ya'll and it's sad some people didn't even get to say goodbye for who knows how long. Just when we all thought 2020 was finna be our years....😔And what cole said about enjoy highschool, I cannot stress this enough. I heard this from someone, "do well in the bad parts of school(academics), but excel in the parts that make you happy. As someone that tries to get good grades, this really hit me, because it's true....you should do well in school, but also actually have time to have fun because highschool has a lot of memories you can make if you let it happen. So at the end of the day, don't live a life regretting things you wish you did and seriously cherish the moments that you can make.
Im a senior and I never got to experience prom. I was going to go this year, but I guess that thing happened and now I won't get to experience it. I also dreaded to wake up in the mornings and then waiting from the school day to be over. But now I miss school and I (we seniors) didn't know that, that day was going to be our last day to see each other. I won't be able to get signatures from my fellow classmates anymore and celebrate with them one last time. And we also didn't take a class picture together. Of course my graduation ceremony was cancelled, but my district decided to give us options for us seniors so we can reunite one last time, but at this point my classmates don't care about graduation anymore, since they feel down that this had to happened. One of the options was to do a parade and us seniors being in a car and just driving around. I surely do regret not doing any activities at school or joining. So for you to have your best 4 years in high school is to join in activities or clubs, participate in school activities, go to dances, etc. It does go by fast.

I’ve been watching Cole’s videos sporadically throughout the years because his energy just positively changes my mood. This video however, made me cry like a baby. It was the best video he’s ever made. As much as this year has sucked, the class of 2020 has a BRIGHT future. And I’m glad we got to see Cole’s journey to get here and can’t wait to see where he goes next. Much love.

I'm a senior too been doin online assignments since the school been out n it's not fun having to communicate with ur friends and teachers through zoom or phone calls but it is what it is for now so gotta deal with it until I finish everything that is required of me
I'm class of 2022. High school has honestly been a struggle year for me. Freshman year wasn't that bad for me at least but sophomore year has been absolutely a struggle. I've heard that junior year is the worst year. Too much drama in high school. And the boys lie a LOT!

Okay so I cried like a baby. As a senior it’s really sad to say I won’t go back to being on of the students at my high school. I never thought it would end like this, it’s sad but it’s how life goes. All seniors out there i’m sending love through all of this hard time ❤️
I am starting to understand how special high school is. It shows me that I need to savor every moment from my next 3 years of high school.
It's funny as a senior to see videos (my own class' included) where everything that is featured is basically prom, parties, school trips, etc. Because we all know we'll remember those long study nights and stressful exam weeks, and yet the highlight of these years will no doubt be the memories we made through it all. I had my graduation via Zoom on 22 May and this half-hour long video was played that summed what a crazy ride it's been pretty damn well. Balled my eyes out. Now, I received my grades yesterday afternoon and it turns out I got an Honors Diploma. I'm thrilled, I screamed, I was just over the moon. Such a bitter-sweet way to say goodbye to the place where I've spent the past few years of my life, though.
To all the other seniors out there, we're all in this together.

I’m crying 😭 this is beautiful. I’m a freshman and everyone has always said that high school goes by fast and I’m starting to belive them. I remember walking into high school with only my cringy middle school friends and our weird jokes but now that corona has taken it away I couldn’t be happier with all those cringy moments. High school really is going to go by fast and I’m not at all ready for it. Freshman year gave me so much and the fact that I have three more years with those dooshbags I know I have to make the best of them all. I need to not care what other kids think about me bec at the end of the day highschool is the end of my childhood and I gotta make the most of it. Thank you for showing me and all your subscribers that highschool really is amazing! Have fun in college we will be here for college just like we were for highschool!

watching these videos make me sad but i can’t stop watching them.. ;( i regret skipping pep rally’s and not having too much fun. i miss lying to my teachers that i’m sick so i can go home, and i miss all the class of 2020 even though i didn’t know them all. i really thought 2020 would be the best year 😔 but i hope we can make this as a new experience for us and learn to cherish the moment we are in right now.

Thank you for this video. These past few months have been awful and the hardest months of my life. Senior year should NOT have ended like this. On top of all this, my school is shutting down, meaning there won’t be a homecoming or any other event to reunite with former classmates (this would have happened pandemic or not.) I teared up watching this😢😞 it’s made many things so much harder. Not only are prom and graduation probably not gonna be the same, but it’s also made college significantly harder to choose. It’s made me question if I should even go, when just months ago, I was so excited to get into most of the colleges I applied to.
To Cole and to anyone else who could be reading this, the class of 2020 will not be stopped. To the younger kids making fun of us, grow up. And to everyone else, i hope you can at least empathize with us. This is the hardest year, by far, to be a high school senior.

I'm class of 2021, so I can't possibly comprehend what you guys are going through. In addition to this I'm from England, and so my Freshman and Junior years I did in a different school to my Junior and Senior years. But the lack of finality... I get it. I was heartbroken to be separated from my friends that I've known for about 6 months, so I cannot imagine what it would be like if this was, not that it is for seniors or anyone, goodbye.
This video makes me sad because as a member of class of 2021 i didnt get m grade 11 or 12 and so many memories have not been made because of this pandemic. I was just told today by a teacher I wont have a proper graduation and I am devastated, I didnt have senior sports or clubs we didnt get a senior trip so its really hard. Everyone younger than me rn JUST HAVE FUN i never believed anyone when they said high school flies and it really did. Listen to ole when he says have fun and do dumb stuff and break the rules cause thats what you will remember not how good you did on a test and that is one of my biggest regrets. I hope that you are all having a good year given the situation and im praying life cn go back to normal as soon as possible so that we can all make fun memories. PS. Cole ur highscool seems wayyyyyy more fun than mine in Toronto Canada.
