Your videos are so calming and make one wistful for the pure noises and cold of the outdoors, whilst also being inspirational and making one want to bush-craft, make knives, and go on hikes all at once.

The hatchet and knife are mighty fine! Your production value is super. I have been watching and subbed for a few years. Your knives have always been great. I dont want you to take this the wrong way. Your earliest videos really made me want to make knives. I thought here is this poor guy making incredible knives while living and working in a bombed out rubble. Surely I should be able to make something fairly decent. I dont know why I thought this but I imagined you doing this in the Soviet Union while always having to be looking over your shoulder when, "making weapons". I dont know where you live but your home is beautiful and the setting is lush and green with no neighbors too close. Your first videos brought thoughts of you working in a mine with everybody wearing the same clothes and hats. I lead a sheltered existence sir. There are many knife makers on TH-cam that have every machine and doing it in air conditioning and fully heated in the winter. Their knives are a little too calculated. nothing artful about them. Everything you make has a certain artful flare. Very pleasing to the eye. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and looking forward to seeing many more of your videos.

Oh yeah im gonna be doing this got a while. Its pretty good for a first attempt. Hex tool carbon fiber handle on a 4 1/4" blade. Lots and lots a hard sanding. My only worry is trying to figure out what to set the temp at for post heat treatment.
