Jack is one of the best instructors I have ever been around. Truly makes the track day experience better. I haven't been able to make it to the full track yet, but this is a very informative video that I wish each track would do.
This was one of our lead instructors giving an informational lap around the track. lap times are much faster when not focusing on the instructional element.

I did my first track day last month, wish I would have seen this video first! I will be looping this continuously until I can see this in my sleep.
