Thanks for this great guide. Watched this before a Track Night at PittRace last week and it really helped me find the race line quickly and really enjoy the track ("keep the weight transferring through the esses"). A few more track days and I may need remote coaching. Congrats on the SCCA magazine cover!
Nice tips. I've raced at Pitt a bunch of times, mostly in a momentum car, a 1983 VW GT1, and you mention a few things I look forward to trying in April when I head back out there again.
We are heading to Track Night in America then UMI Roger is working on winning the Northeast Musclecar Challenge in the UMI Camaro the next day. Thanks for the tips TOMO!
Seriously. I enjoy your channel. However, I would enjoy it a lot more if you'd just mark up the maps instead of just pointing to areas with a pointer. It would be a lot more helpful and informative if you marked up you maps! AND, this particular issue has an annoying rear view mirror dead center in the video. Either pull it up out of the way, or move your camera so we have an unobstructed view.
We appreciate the feedback. Marking up the map would increase our production time quite a bit, but we can look into it. As for the incar video, we will certainly try to get the best shots possible. Lots of times drivers are focused on driving and getting the best video is an after though. A poor excuse i know, but probably one you can related to :)
this is my home track.. no offense, but you're line was not the best. there's a much better way of betting the car around the track with out forcing the car/catching it all the time.

Shawns car is IRS btw, and his last name is Fultz.
With that said, excellent analysis and easy to understand thanks!
Excellent instruction at my favorite track, I'd love to see your take on Nelson Ledges if you're taking requests :)
Excellent video
That blind turn is crazy
i practically jumped over turn 14 one time and then i realized that's the fastest way lol
Viper John Croyle from Pitt Race. Interested in coaching with you at Pitt. Already coach with 5 race groups. I'll be there on the 26 of April
