You can't always add liquidity as a scalper and there is no point pretending you can make "extra income" because you won't. The fees will always take 30% of your profits.

You cant use leverage on that stock, you still have instant settlement. Thats my understanding.

Not at Schwab, if a stock is not considered marginable whenever u sell it takes 1 business day to settle just as if it were a cash account
